Spend your holiday with family or friends in this beautiful holiday apartment on the island of Poel. The lovely garden with garden furniture invites you to relax with drinks and meals. End the day on the terrace with a beverage of your choice. The beach is just a short walk from the house. Enjoy the sun, sand, and water! The fishing spot is 1 km away. The town center with shops and other essentials is also just 1 km away. Many other attractions are worth a visit.

Prepare your meals in the open-plan kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table in the living/dining room. Relax by the fireplace in the sitting area. Underfloor heating keeps the house warm in winter. The bedrooms are comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. Children are also very welcome! A cot, a highchair, and a children's seating area are provided. You can park your car in the parking space.

Unsere erste Buchung über diesen Anbieter und die letzte Buchung. Bei Ankunft roch die Wohnung stark feucht-modrig. Also war erstmal lüften angesagt. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles sauber und ordentlich aus, aber nur auf den ersten Blick. Bei genauer Betrachtung sah man im Wohnzimmer, unter der Couch und in der Ecke bei der Stehlampe, viel Staub und Flusen. Das Schlafzimmer riecht ebenfalls sehr feucht. Zwischen Schrank und Wand befinden sich Spinnweben über Spinnweben. Im Kinderzimmer unter den Betten war es besonders dreckig. Alte Socken vom Vorgänger (die haben wir übrigens liegen lassen) und Dreck. Im Bad hat die Toilettenbrille auch schon ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Der Duschvorhang sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. In der Küche war das gesamte Geschirr und der Besteckkasten schmutzig. Die Küche hat auch schon ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Also ging es direkt nach Ankunft los mit erneuter Reinigung um wenigstens etwas Wohlfühlfaktor zu erreichen. Dennoch haben wir uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen. Die Insel Poel lädt zum Verweilen ein. Man fühlt sich wohl und wird überall herzlich empfangen. Restaurants gibt es genug und lecker ist es auch. Der Hundestrand ist fußläufig nach ca 200m zu erreichen. Positives gab es allerdings auch. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Wasser, Haustiere sind erlaubt und der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk, hier kann man morgens ab 8 Uhr frische Brötchen holen. Fazit. Wohnung mit Potential aber stark in die Tage gekommen.

Das Haus punktet mit seiner Lage, unmittelbar am Strandaufgang Schwarzer Busch und Hundestrand. Die Wohnung "Paul" ist gut für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids. Die Einrichtung ist etwas spärlich und in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre ein Update dringend nötig. Als Beispiel ist der Fernseher nicht für HD Empfang geeignet mit der Folge dass keine Öffentlich rechtlichen Sender empfangen werden können. Die Küchenutensilien sind uneinheitlich und sparsam vorhanden. Kaffeebecher dagegen sind reichlich vorhanden, ca 15, davon etwa 10 verschiedene. Die Sitzecke ist klein und ungemütlich, ein eingeklemmt stehender Ikea Schwingsessel bringt trägt auch nicht zur Gemütlichkeit bei. Für eine Woche war's ok.
