4 person holiday home in FALKENBERG

A very nice and modern guest house in the southern part of Olofsbo, within walking distance to the beach. A fresh annex in a rural location and perfect starting point for all the area's attractions and nature experiences. A short walk takes you to a small picturesque marina and the popular and lovely sandy beach. There is both a summer shop and a restaurant here. The annex has an open kitchenette with a sofa bed for two people and a folding table. The bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is fully tiled, spacious with shower and washing machine. A rather convenient little staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with two spring mattresses on the floor. Here the younger ones can enjoy themselves. From the kitchenette there is the exit to the terrace, where there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The part of the plot facing the green area is perfect for the family's outdoor activities. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. Olofsbo is a real summer paradise, with both shops and restaurants. The long sandy beach is very popular with families with children. In the southern part there are high sand dunes and at the small marina there are good crab fishing spots. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. In Falkenberg there are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Björhults Gk. The area also invites you to nice walks or bike rides. Morups Tånge is a nature reserve with fantastic birdlife and nice walking paths. A little further north is the small community of Glommen with its cozy fishing and marina. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. In Falkenberg there are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. Good to know Youth groups are not allowed. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guest. Final cleaning must be carried out by the guest before departure. The service cannot be purchased.
