External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep), also boasting a special children’s pool compartment (2,70x1,90 & 0,65 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ, portable) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

*Montem SeaView Villas I & II is an iconic complex which includes two independent Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities, private entrances & pools. Kindly note that due to the design of the Villa some areas may be overlooked.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en suite bathrooms, plus a shared WC, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, as well as one extra guest can be accommodated at the couch of the living room. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

*TO EXPLORE : The allure of Crete is impossible to ignore. Sandy beaches and crystalline waters. Quintessential blue and unique architecture carved into hillsides. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, less than 15 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
