Beautiful experience

This property was beautiful for a family vacation. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. This neighborhood of Zona romantica was perfect .Close to everything but also quiet.We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the roof top pool.was gorgeous. WILL BE BACK

Central to everything, but also an oasis away from it all.

The property was wonderful for our group of four. We spent most of our time eating in the center of Zona Romantica or at Playa Los Muertos, so the location was perfect. The townhouse was very well maintained with a nice flow, also very well equipped if you prefer to cook. My partner and I took the master bedroom which is mostly private (it overlooks the living room, but there is no door...they have a huge curtain divider for privacy), but had no real issues with noise, light, etc with our friends staying in the bedroom on the lower level. Our housekeeper Bertha was great, as were the front desk attendants. I loved that the washer/dryer was in unit...laundry doesn't have to wait until you get back home and no random sand everywhere upon return :) Also, there is a 24-hour market just around the corner for all of your snacking needs. The underutilized feature of this property (for us) was the pool...it was so serene and warm with stunning views of the bay. Having spent most days at the beach (which can be very noisy with non-stop music), I would have definitely opted to spend more time up there with the chill music and ambience. It is amazing the difference of peace on our street vs. just one street down the hill. Overall, a great experience from check-in through check-out.

Recommended for sure!

All in all it was a great stay, we had a little hiccup the first night cause a pipe broke above the unit, they were quick to fix it but it threw off our timeline a little bit cause they had to take up some of the space in one of the rooms. Everything else was fantastic! Would stay here again for sure!
