This romantic, welcoming and newly built villa, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea which is just at a walking distance from the house. The unique panorama embraces the Bay of Cala Bianca and extends as far as San Vito Lo Capo. The villa is particular for the presence of boulders which form a sort of cliff of rare beauty, among wild and enchanting Mediterranean scrub. Close to the historic village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.

Located on the west coast close to the Bay of Cala Bianca and very close to the sea which can be reached on foot via a path that winds through the uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub declared a Site of Community Interest (SCI). The precious sea view can be enjoyed both from its external spaces (2000 m2) and from the large window of the house, and embraces the Bay of Cala Bianca and goes as far as San Vito Lo Capo. Close to the historic village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Numerous archaeological and historical sites of international interest are within easy reach.

Unique sea view in the first place. It combines the clear and sober lines typical of shepherds' cottages with the use of recycled materials such as stone and chestnut beams and also with the use of furniture that relies on materials such as resin, used for the kitchen and for bathrooms, combined with ancient craftsmanship.
