Trullo Alberi belli (ex-Petra Nera) is a typical Apulian family property fully renovated in a contemporary style that respects the local architecture.
Consisting of an old trullo with 4 19th-century cones and 5 recent lamie in the Salento countryside, it was purchased and renovated in 2024 by a Franco-Swiss family.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large swimming pool, magnificient outdoor living areas and grounds with around a hundred fruit trees.

Great vacation home for Puglia

Great house, can definitely recommend. There were a few outages with toilet and over/stove but it was quickly fixed and the owner was fast in responding. Great outdoor areas and a cosy house.

Great stay

We had a lovely time staying at Francesca’s beautiful property. The check in process was super easy and the grounds and property were immaculate and super clean. Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly by Francesca and she also helped to organise a chef to come and cook for us. We were a little short in wine glasses for such a big property but we thought that was due to the fact that we were there at the end of the season. All in all a great stay. 5 stars.

Family Holiday

Beautiful trulli, beautiful pool and grounds.. Inside needs a bit more tlc, mattresses need renewing, two pillows per person please! Generally the interior of the property needs an upgrade and the inventory needs checking, wine glasses, pepper grinder, salad spinner? We had a lovely time, but would suggest they put a name plate on property gate and use what 3 words to help you find it.

Beautiful Trulli, huge garden, lovely place!

We stayed for a week in the Trulli, with a family of 5 people. We loved the huge garden, lots of shaded or sunny places to sit down or take a nap. Lots of privacy. We loved the two different large tables underneath the wooden outdoor roof. The outdoor kitchen is amazing! Good bbq grill and a proper wood pizza oven! San Michele is at 5 min drive to find a supermarket with everything you need. The indoor areas are a little outdated but you spend most of the time outside, so no worries for us. Lovely place to explore Puglia!

Amazing Trulli

We had a great time in Italy. The Trulli was nicely located in a calm and peaceful countryside. Great town within 30min walk or 7 minute drive. (Amazing pastry shops, supermarket with everything one would need, nice restaurants and great pizzeria’s). A lot of nice towns and beaches within 20-30 minute drives. The trulli itself has a lot of attributes, we had some trouble with the power and outdoor lighting but it was going to be fixed. Amazing outdoor kitchen and very nice pool. Since it was still early in the season it was pretty cold but that didn’t stop our kids taking a refreshing plunge. If you want to visit Puglia this is a great place to stay.

1 semaine au printemps

La maison de Marie est magnifiquement rénovée avec un jardin superbe et des extérieurs très agréables. Nous n'avons pas pu pleinement profiter car la météo en ce début avril était particulièrement fraiche et nous sommes convaincus de revenir à une période un peu plus chaude pour profiter de la piscine, du salon et de la cuisine extérieur qui sont magnifiques. L'accueil de Marie la propriétaire a été super, elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils sur la région et nous a mis en contact avec une très gentille dame avec qui nous avons fait nos orichiete avec les enfants. L'emplacement de la maison est très bien pour visiter les Pouilles, très central pour permettre de visiter sans trop d'heures de route Lecce comme la vallée d'Istria et assez proche d'Ostuni qui est super sympa. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Magnifique propriété au cœur des Pouilles

Très belle propriété dans les Pouilles qui permet de rayonner à travers la région. Demeure typique. Très grand extérieur bien aménagé. Hôte très sympathique et réactive pour toute demande. La co-host sur place est également très accueillante et disponible si besoin.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Einfach toll, Erholung pur, mit tollem Pool und verschiedenen Sitzplätzen je nach Stimmung, tolle Umgebung mit Ostuni und Carovigno, das Haus ein sehr gut saniertes Trulli, sehr nette Gastgeber und ein klasse Service vor Ort. Kulinarische Highlights in vielen Orten in der Umgebung. Einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Toller Trulli mit wunderschöner Außenanlage

Das Haus ist geräumig, hat mehrere Bäder und einen super gepflegten Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle einen eigenen Ausgang in den Garten, aber leider waren nicht alle Schlüssel für diese Türen vorhanden. Wenn man die Türen nicht nutzen kann, muss man die danebenliegenden Schlafzimmer durchqueren, was etwas ungünstig ist, aber machbar. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein für die Größe des Hauses. Überhaupt ist die Ausstattung im Innenbereich nicht ganz so komfortabel, dafür der Außenbereich aber genial! Und es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, das ist toll! Ebenfalls toll ist die Außenküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Grill. Nicht so toll fanden wir, daß weitere Kosten angefallen sind für Strom, Wasser, Müll usw., die bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich waren. Hierfür mussten wir nochmal 150,- EUR entrichten. Wir empfehlen, dies gleich bei Buchung mit aufzuführen. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die wir in diesem Haus verbringen durften!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons tous apprécié la qualité de la propriété et son emplacement au calme avec un extérieur parfait et pratique. Francesca a répondu à toutes nos demandes . Soirée pizza sur place à conseiller avec des pizzas sorties du four sur place. Bon emplacement pour visiter les villes environnantes.

Un havre de paix au coeur des pouilles

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte chaleureux et ultra bien équipé, idéal pour rayonner dans la région ou buller en toute sérénité au bord de la piscine, selon les envies de chacun. L'espace de vie extérieur est particulièrement agréable les soirs d'été, au milieu du magnifique jardin ; je recommande vivement !

Perfekte 2 Wochen

Wir waren mit 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) dort. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für zwei Familien, da viele Räume einen separaten Zugang haben und sich die Bereiche so gut trennen lassen. Dadurch hat jede Familie einen Bereich für sich. Auf den tollen Terrassen kann man dann gemeinsam sehr schön sitzen und das in der Außenküche mit Pizzaofen (oder wahlweise auch der Küche im Haus) zubereitete Essen genießen. Der Pool ist gigantisch und auch nicht voll, wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig darin schwimmen. Das ganze Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Kurz: ein perfekter Ort für einen perfekten Urlaub für zwei Familien.

Super heerlijke vakantie gehad!

De vakantiewoning is een heerlijk ruim opgezet en heeft uitzicht op zee. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. In de omgeving zijn er verschillende leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken. En voor ons is deze regio een van de mooiste in Italië. Een auto heb je hier zeker nodig. Het zwembad en het terrein zijn goed onderhouden en het ziet er verzorgd uit. Wij gaan hier zeker een keer terug komen. Wil je wat weten over de omgeving laat je dan door Diana informeren. Alleen door de uitleg wordt je al vrolijk! The holiday home is very spacious and has a sea view. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday. In the area there are several nice places to visit. And for us this region is one of the most beautiful in Italy. You definitely need a car here. The swimming pool and grounds are well maintained and look neat. We will definitely come back here. If you want to know something about the area, let Diana inform you. The explanation alone makes you happy!

Vacanza in un "super" Trullo!!

Se già eravamo stati colpiti dalle fotografie e dalle descrizioni dei servizi offerti, la realtà è andata oltre le aspettative!! Una proprietà decisamente ampia, con un giardino molto curato e dotato di una miriade di alberi da frutta e non, gentilmente messi a disposizione dalla proprietà e che ci hanno deliziato durante tutto il soggiorno (fichi, uva, mele, fichi d'india, etc). Il fulcro del giardino ovviamente ruotava attorno alla splendida piscina e alla gigantesca veranda esterna dotata di tutti i confort e servizi (frigorifero, cucina, barbecue, forno per la pizza) dove abbiamo trascorso dei momenti di vero relax e mangerecci. La serata con il pizzaiolo dedicato poi è stata veramente memorabile!! Gli interni del maxi trullo sono stati decisamente apprezzati, sia per la pulizia che per i comfort messi a disposizione offrendo ambienti dotati di ogni tipo di accessorio. Che dire insomma, grazie a Francesca abbiamo trascorso un'esperienza memorabile e certamente da ripetere. Provare per credere!!!
