Modern and cozy fully renovated apartment with one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, located in one of Seville’s most iconic central areas.
Upon entering, you’ll find an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table, while the kitchen offers all the necessary utensils and a dining area for daily meals.
The bedroom features a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom designed for your comfort and convenience.
Set on Rodrigo Caro Street, just steps from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar, and surrounded by traditional restaurants and tapas bars, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring Seville’s historic center.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
