Charming 3rd floor apartment with everything we needed. Ideal location for being close to all of the sight seeing attractions and in the middle of many Holy Week processions. Many close by dinning options, grocery stores, and shopping.

Authentic comfortable stay!

Perfect spot in the city in a historic beautiful building. All the amenities needed and comfortable beds. Only issue we had was having to wait for a key. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house; every time we entered we had a sense of entering OUR house. The location was superb and easily reachable either by transportation or walking within 20 minutes. Restaurants abounded in the area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were glad to be able to have a home base where we could rest during the day. The kitchen was just barely equipped and the floors seemed not quite clean. (Maybe a feature of the old house). Definitely recommend!

Great start to our trip

Great apartment just off the beaten path. António greeted us with a smile and set the tone for our trip. Very close to everything and walkable to all of Seville.

Host was very accessible and was great in providing responses. Our can did get us a bit lost when first going to the property and I needed to get more info about the location. I had no issues getting in touch with the host to get everything resolved. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs can be a bit much, especially in getting luggage up and down to the apartment. No WiFi info was provided or was no available with the property. Other than the stairs and lack of WiFi everything else was great. The property is in a nice location and is close proximity and pretty central to a lot of the sites and places we were able to visit. We really enjoyed Sevilla and staying at this location did provide help us enjoy it even more.

Ferienwohnung mitten im Leben der StadtVacation apartment in the heart of the city

- Everything was perfect. The central location, equipment, functionality, cleanliness of the apartment overall. The smell in the stairwell and the beautiful lobby. The somewhat noisy party and nightlife that used the quieter street to walk through didn't bother us. Seville is a city of joie de vivre and liveliness, so this is part of it. We can highly recommend the apartment and host!
