We were very comfortable in this apartment.It was very clean and modern.The location was excellent and near everything. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great.The only downside was that the street immediately outside the apartment was all torn up and noisy most days.The water was shut off from 8:30 am till 4:30 for one day.The host did communicate the day beforehand however that it would happen and did not impact us because were given notice and planned our day accordingly If not for the construction,I would have gave it a top score and would book it againIt was good value overall.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Plaza Nueva Suite. The location couldn’t have been better. All of beautiful Seville’s sights, restaurants, and shops were within easy walkable distance. The apartment itself is very comfortable and tastefully designed. We especially loved the open terrace with its view across the rooftops, the perfect spot for a relaxing apéro after a day of exploring. Bernardo was responsive and at our service when needed and his warm hospitality set the tone for stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how sleek and modern the space was — thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. It felt like stepping into a boutique hotel rather than a rental.The location truly could not have been better. I was just steps away from incredible restaurants serving everything from cozy local fare to fine dining, and every major tourist attraction was within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city effortless and stress-free — no need to rely on taxis or long transit rides.Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a solo adventure, this apartment checks every box. The host clearly put so much care into creating a beautiful, welcoming space in the perfect part of town.I would return here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal home base for their trip. Five stars all around!

We are an elderly couple and the apartment was ideally situated in the center of the old town with excellent access to all the major tourist sites.The apartment was in an older building but had been renovated/modernized to a high standard, though possibly veering towards form rather than function.The check-in instructions were good BUT the necessity for 4 keys to enter and exit the apartment was tedious. In particular one of the main front door locks was all but worn out and difficult to turn. In theory, all one needed was to push a buzzer to exit the building, but this was only true if the top lock was already unlocked.

Zentral, modern, klimatisiert und ruhig. Selbst die laute Baustelle auf dem plaza nueva war bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören. Leider war wegen der Baustelle die Dachterrasse tagsüber nicht benutzbar, aber Abends auch sehr schön.

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas des rues commerçantes et de la Avenida de la constitucion . Appartement qui vient d’être rénové avec goût. Bernardo s’est montré très réactif dès notre arrivée.
