Beautiful big house right across the street from camp watercolor park and pool. A short walk or golf cart ride to the grocery store. The golf cart made it easy to visit the other watercolor pools the beach and Seaside. Just do not forget to bring a car seat if you have a small child.

The perfect location and space for our family - grandparents, parents, and two toddlers. We hope to stay here again and would recommend this house for its location, layout and price. The house has two master suites - one on each level - and two additional rooms each with their own bathroom. The house is directly across from the playground and Camp Watercolor. You see the small slide from the porch. While there is some wear and tear/dated items, the whole house was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The golf cart for six was the perfect addition - easy ride to Beach Club, Sea Side, Publix and take out. There were plenty of beach and pool toys to bring to the water. Again, we would recommend and had a great stay.

Perfect Location and House Layout!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has the absolute best location of any house we have rented, directly across the street from Camp Watercolor and so easy to get to The Beach Club thru the neighborhood! The management company was great and their communication was spot on! We had two minor issues while there and they sent out people immediately to take care of the issues. This home has a perfect use of space for all and any type of guests. The golf cart was great to have, made the visits to Seaside, Grayton Beach so easy and fun! The home comes with Watercolor Beach Club bands, this made our trip. The adults only pool, bar and food are amazing. We spent everyday here and at the Beach Club beach area. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Great place for kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying here. It is in a fantastic location directly across from the playground and Camp Watercolor. The house big enough for all our kiddos. Management was super responsive and helpful. The furniture is a little dated/stained. We don’t mind because the house still feels very clean.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The convenience to Camp Watercolor was unmatched and the golf cart made it so easy to get to and from the beach. We’ve stayed in a Watercolor home closer to the beach before where we walked back and forth with our wagon and this was honestly easier. The house could definitely use some updating but we would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a wonderful time in WaterColor for thanksgiving! The house was the perfect location for our 7 and 5 year old to play across the street at the playground. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Home was beautiful. Very close to Publix & a 10 min golf cart ride to the beach house pools/beach. Enjoyed our stay. Next time might stay closer to beach. This house is perfect for families with young kids that want to walk across the street to the water park

Lovely Home, Great Stay

We loved the location and amenities that came with staying in Watercolor. It was wonderful having the golf cart, access to Watercolor beach, pools across the street and park. Great location if you've got kiddos along. There were a few things in the home that were a little run-down ( i.e. broken blind in living room, shower in downstairs master that had ONLY scalding hot water) but overall a lovely and roomy home to host our kids and grands!

Wonderful property!

We had 4 adults and one child who stayed at this property and it was wonderful! The property is right across the street from the playground and Camp Watercolor. The house itself was beautiful. The golf cart seemed a little older than most but it ran well and got us to where we needed. The communication was great and replied quickly if you have any issues. You have access to all Watercolor pools! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Time In Water Color!!

This rental is the perfect location for families with children! The playground and pool being right outside the front door was amazing. Also, the golf cart for our family was a great bonus. And we enjoyed using what looked like a brand new gas oven. That said, the property is due for some repairs. The interior doors don't seem to lock, and the 1st floor master bath sliding doors are extremely difficult to open and close. My toddler kept pushing them all the way open, and we almost couldn't get them to close again, as there is nothing to grab onto. The only TV that streams anything is the small one in the living room. All 4 bedrooms have TVs but for one reason or another, none of them would work for us, even attempted to plug our tablet into the HDMI of the master bedroom, and it just doesn't work. Thankfully we had perfect weather during our stay, so we were outdoors a lot anyways. None of these things would deter us from staying here again though, thank you for a great place to vacation!

Lovely and Convenient

We had a very nice visit at Water Color and enjoyed the house and its location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we didn't use the amenities or the golf cart. The home is lovely and very spacious. Only negative is the tv was not working. Although management sent someone, they were not able to fix it. I'm sure this will be remedied before the next stay. Highly recommend.
