La Joya apartment - spectacular sea & coast views
Lovely apartment with fantastic direct views of the sea, coast and the beach! Watch the boats and yachts go by and admire the coastline from the sunny terrace. Excellent location in almost secluded area, only 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach with its own restaurant 'Villa Tropicana ' that offers great service and delicious meals all year around. 5 minutes by car from popular touristic town Fuengirola with many restaurants, cafes, shops, sandy beaches and broad walk.
Bright and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are spectacular sea views from the main bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and the terrace. Fast Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, window shutters and awnings at the terrace. AC units in the living room and main bedroom. In the guest bedroom (facing north) only fan.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the apartment located near busy highway that produces some road noise in the apartment. No AC in the 2nd bedroom. Car is recommendable for this area.
Gated community La Joya located outside of the town Fuengirola and offers two large swimming pool areas surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, a tranquil atmosphere and access gate towards sandy beach (3 minutes walk). Secured parking just outside of the apartment's block.
