The bedrooms all have TVs and consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a ground-floor double and a ground-floor bunk with en-suite shower room, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, decking, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.8 miles, a pub and within 1.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seascape is a wonderful base for your next Devon adventure.
