Welcome travellers to our modern & spacious 4BR home situated in the heart of Msida, just steps away from the capital city, Ta' Xbiex, Gzira, Sliema, it makes it a perfect vital hub for families & group of friends!

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a comfy sofa. Also included are 4 large bedrooms all with single beds, making it perfect for any type of stay.

Private terrace, Wifi, AC and washing machine available.

The apartment is equipped with both high-speed WiFi and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.

Living Spaces| The apartment has a large living area with Sofa and TV making sure your stay is super comfy & relaxed after your long days of travelling.

Outdoor | This apartment features private balconies at both the front and back. The front balcony, accessible from the living area, is furnished for outdoor relaxation, allowing guests to enjoy the breeze in comfort.

Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is a designated space for shared moments and delectable meals. A well-appointed table and comfortable seating create a lovely ambient for dining and chilling.

Kitchen| This well-equipped kitchen is perfect for short getaways or extended stays, ensuring you have everything you need to cook up a tasty meal, making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, 3 of them features 2 single beds while the other bathroom features 3 single beds.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub while the other a shower.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

With a bus stop conveniently located just around the corner, traveling around the area is both easy and affordable. Whether you're heading to nearby attractions or exploring further afield, the extensive bus network ensures convenient access to all parts of Malta.

Additionally, guests can easily book rides through popular ride-sharing apps like Uber or local taxi services such as Bolt or eCabs, making transportation during your stay hassle-free and straightforward.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
