This brand new, modern, 4th-floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. There are 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a separate living room leading to a terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace has a Gas Bbq and garden furniture.

At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 200 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
