We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Berlin.

Our apartment provides you with the essentials for living.
It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in Friedenau. This is a district of Berlin Schöneberg-Tempelhof in City West. In the lively Rheinstraße you will find everything you need for your daily needs. There is a launderette in the building next door.

The special feature of our apartments is the clean, cozy Scandinavian-style furnishings.

Not far from the apartment building you will find a weekly market on Breslauer Platz on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with tasty and regional products, cheese, meat and vegetable specialties and good organic products.

The nearest bus stop takes you quickly to Innsbrucker Platz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. The subway station Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (Berlin) can be reached on foot in 6 minutes.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Die Wohnung ist super, geräumig, sauber, ideal für 4 Personen. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und auch 2 Supermärkte. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Workation & Concert Trip

We booked the 2 bed flat for a week's stay to visit friends while we worked and attended a concert. The flat is newly renovated and in a great area. Close to restaurants, bars, buses and trains. Rooms were acceptable, beds comfortable and good pillows. The shower is great! However, some of the minuses include:One of the bedroom cupboards had a weird smell so nothing could be unpacked into it. ...had to ask for more towels..only gave 2 each for a week with no washing machine. Has a dishwasher but had to ask for more dishwasher tabs. Only provide 2 bin liners in the kitchen for the whole week and no frying pan so don't expect to cook breakfast easily.Also gave minimal toilet paper for a week. There were 2 of us but it sleeps 4 so would definitely not have been enough for 4. The locking system seemed great until our code stop working in the middle of night on night 3 and we got locked out. The host and help line responded quickly to reset but was a worry for two females after midnight. Our biggest complaints are some discrepancies in the listing. Said there was a desk but we couldn't find one. And there are pictures of outside space which we specifically asked about before booking and were told there was a private courtyard we could use. When we turned up there were no tables or chairs out there like the picture showed. This was very disappointing!The place was good but a few additional touches would make it great!
