To access the house you access via a small slope. You can park your car inside the property, it has capacity for 4-5 cars.

Through some stairs on the right side of the outdoor parking, you will access the entrance of the house.

Located just 11km from Lloret de Mar and about 12km from the main beaches and coves of Lloret de Mar (Lloret beach, Fenals beach, Sa Boadella, Cala Canyelles, Cala Teumal...).

The urbanization has a small supermarket and bar. Our tenants will be able to enjoy the sports area of the urbanization with basketball, tennis, soccer and ping-pong courts.
