It is located in a magnificent location a few steps from the sea and in one of the best areas in the south of the island, Costa Adeje. The nearest beach is only 300 meters away. Ideal location. 5mins walk to beach. 2mins to taxi stand. Shops, bars , restaurants & supermarket within 1-2 mins walk. Older apartment style in pleasant hotel complex with pool, pool bar & sunbathing deck with lots of sun loungers. 1 drawback no aircon. A fan was supplied but personally this would not suit me in summer months .

Room was spacious and clean. Decent size balcony however no sun on there at all but great sea and Mountain View. Close to the beach. Card payment only. Pool clean. Lots of sun beds but fills up quickly. WiFi available in room. Overall a great stay. Would stay here again but will try and get a room with sun on the balcony ☀️
