Cozy one-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor with lift, in a residence with a swimming pool, only 320mt from the beach. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, and a nice balcony with pool view. One uncovered parking space is included.
