We offer for tourist rental a cozy 1-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The apartment has an area of 52 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The nearest restaurants and cafes are a little more than a hundred meters away. The SPAR supermarket is about 300 meters away. The sea and Acequion beach are 500 meters away! Accommodation option – up to three people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
