The location was excellent! So many great restaurants and shops nearby and close to the metro. There is a large grocery store a block away and a small cafe just around the corner. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. My wife and I spent 5 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely.

My family had a lovely stay at Philippe’s stylish and well located apartment. The location is amazing- just steps fromMusee de Cluny, a short walk to Jardins du Luxembourg, and close to multiple metro stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment is a model of smart design for a city spot. Small but every square inch is used well. Philippe greeted us at check in and made sure we had what we needed.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to Paris sites, trains, buses, excellent cafes and restaurants, great shopping. Check in was fine because the cleaning people were there. Our code didn’t work, so we used a key which was provided. The place had two bathrooms, which was a plus, and the two sleeping areas were fine. The air conditioning was best on the first floor. Our biggest disappointment was that we had a hard time opening one of the cabinets, which eventually opened (it stored extra towels and toilet paper) and a few maintenance problems (shower wand came out of the wall, loose electrical wall plugs (made it difficult for tech devices), and dishwasher is in need of change). Overall, the place was clean. It seemed that communication fell off with the owner once we were in; I’m not sure why.

I appreciated your feedback and I’ll bear in mind your suggestions, such as the shower head, so I can improve. I always provide detailed access instructions and all necessary information before check-in. I apologize for the delay in replying to some messages during your stay due to a temporary notification issue.I would also like to clarify that the dishwasher is working properly and does not need replacement. Unfortunately, the private locker, which is not intended for use by guests, was opened by mistake to retrieve some extra towels, and in doing so, it was forced open. It had been locked because it was private. Thank you again for your stay and for your feedback.
