The rental property was fantastic! The property grounds were very clean with great security. The penthouse apartment was on the top floor, and there was no elevator, so we had to bring the luggage/groceries up the stairs. The apartment was very clean. The bed sheets were soft. The host thoughtfully provided beach chairs, towels, and a cooler, which we used often. The space was comfortable for everyone, and the pool table was perfect for rainy days. Overall, an amazing property!

We had a great trip to Jobos Beach, and the unit was everything we could have hoped for. We were a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the pool was great for the kids. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The balconies especially were very nice. We can't recommend it enough! Thanks for a great trip!

Arnaldo was an excellent host. He responded to questions very quickly. Condo was clean and very well supplied. Location to beaches and food was perfect. The only reason we didn’t give a 10 was due to rules at the complex. The pool did not open up until 10 and closed at 8. We had friends in the area and during check in we did not put them on our list of residents and they were not allowed to drive in even though we had two parking spots. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Thank you for your kind words and for choosing our penthouse at Haudimar Beach Apartments. It was a pleasure hosting you. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, amenities, and our responsiveness throughout your stay. We would also like to kindly clarify for future guests that the pool hours and guest access policies are condominium HOA regulations, not host-imposed rules, and they are clearly disclosed in the listing description and house rules before booking. As part of the condominium regulations, only registered guests included in the reservation are authorized access to the complex and parking areas. We truly appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback. It means a lot to us that, despite these condominium policies, you still had an amazing stay. We would be honored to welcome you back in the future. Arnaldo PRBookings

The apartment is spacious and conveniently near everything you would to see in and near Isabela and very well kept. The host is very responsive and responsible. Having a laundry room in the apartment is also an excellent bonus. My family would definitely reserve this again.

The host was very welcoming. However, the dryer was not working when we arrive. The host did ask if we were ok with a maintenance guy coming out while we were there but, I said no.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you felt welcomed during your stay. Regarding the dryer, I appreciate you mentioning that we offered to send maintenance during your stay. Out of respect for your privacy, we always ask guests for permission before sending anyone to the property. Since you preferred not to have service while you were there, we scheduled the repair immediately after your departure and the dryer has since been fixed. Thank you again for staying with us. Perfect Location and Accommodations

This is our second time staying in Jobos and booking with Arnaldo. We've had a great experience both times and will definitely book again. We love the location and convenience of the condo, it's very clean and spacious and we appreciate the security and friendly staff at the complex. We did experience one issue on this trip, but Arnaldo was extremely responsive even on Christmas eve. Highly recommend!

Nice place, great time!

For the location and space, we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment does need a little work, but overall not bad at all. The shower heads need to be replaced, and there was some minor celing damage in the living room ceiling. Aside from that, awesome place! Thanks for a great stay!

Property was excellent. Beautiful. Great security. Will definitely come back. Only slight issue with the interior of the place. Pictures are accurate but it could use a touch up paint job. Maybe no time between the bookings? Loved our set up. Anyways. Thank you

Great space for family!

We visited Puerto Rico for Spring Break with our two teenage kids. The apartment had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our group, we enjoyed the top level deck and spent a lot of time up there. We also enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the ocean. Our only note is that it’s a very secure property and you have to check in and out with security guards when entering. We would have liked to have been a bit closer to the restaurants on Jobo’s Beach as it’s not reasonable to walk along the road. But if you are looking for a beautiful secluded very safe spot, this is a great place!

Lovely stay

The property was very nice and clean, well appointed and comfortable. A couple of extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well cared for. I would have loved to enjoy some morning coffee in one of the loungers by the pool, but with the strict “no beverages” rule, this was not allowed. This was the only truly disappointing part of our stay.

Hi Jeffrey, Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing our property for your stay. We're delighted to hear that you found the property clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and that you appreciated the beauty of the well-maintained grounds. Regarding the "no beverages" rule by the pool, we understand your disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This policy is in place to maintain cleanliness and safety, but we are continually evaluating guest feedback to find a balance that enhances everyone's enjoyment. We hope that despite this aspect, your stay was enjoyable, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back, perhaps with some adjustments that will make your next visit even more pleasant. Warm regards, Arnaldo

Rental Needs a Little Upgrade

Overall, I will give this rental a 3 star from 5 Stars, rental needs a bit of maintenance, the ceiling in the living room area is falling apart, the showers do not work correctly, can't turn on the hot water. Found some insects in the apartment the first night. Host should provide more pillows in the bedrooms. No umbrella or beach chairs offered even though rental is located on the beach. Just small details that the Host should look into. Overall, I would not stay again if I ever visit Isabela in the future.
