Ce magnifique condo spacieux est dans un endroit calme à cÎté du terrain de golf de Makai et à proximité de deux autres terrains de golf, à distance de marche du complexe St. Regis Princeville, des plages et des sites de plongée en apnée, et prÚs du club de golf Princeville. C'est prÚs de 1500 pieds carrés, trÚs ouvert et récemment redécoré, joliment et confortablement meublé dans le style hawaïen. Emmalani Court est un plus petit complexe de condos avec 5 bùtiments, 44 unités au total. Cette unité est une unité de fin, à l'étage dans un immeuble avec 9 autres unités, ce qui lui donne plus d'intimité que certains condos.
Le condo est Ă  distance de marche de la rue Regis Hotel, boutique, restaurants et plage.

Great location

We love this location and will be back for sure. The condo was clean and well furnished. The kitchen could have been better stocked but it was definitely livable. This was a wonderful place to come back to each day.

It was big and spacious for our family. It was nice to have the extra space and spread out. Everything we needed was in the condo - like the laundry soap. The condo pool was nice to use.

Peaceful and perfect location

This condo is lovely, spacious, quiet - wonderful beds
we loved having the pool after a day exploring. We cooked a fair amount since eating out is limited/expensive. Perfect location to access north shore sights and beauty. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only minor suggestion - provide shampoo and a few pantry items

Perfect slice of heaven

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The description online is exactly what you get walking in. Beautiful golf course and ocean view. Quiet area and lots to do. We loved how spacious the unit was and we had everything we could need: full kitchen, laundry, balcony, 2 bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and great living/dining room with beautiful views. We will definitely be back soon!

The air conditioning is wonderful after a hot day at the beach. The pool/barbeque common area is really nice. The only small negative is the difficulty operating the television and the multiple remote controls and incorrect instruction which is important when you have a 7 year old.

We spent much of our time on the outdoor deck that afforded ocean views over the adjacent golf course fairway. The cross breezes were refreshing and we won't forget watching dawn break over the horizon from the expansive living room windows. An initial move in mix up was quickly remedied by Princeville vacations and when we return, we will request this specific unit again.

It was a great choice overall

We have enjoyed our stay at this spacious, updated condo in a beautiful, lush Princeville settings, right by the ocean. It took a moment to get used to golf course maintenance noise level starting at 5am and having an individual AC units in 2 bedrooms only, buy was greatful to have it as weather was a little warm. I think location, cost, well stocked kitchen, up to date bathrooms and general setting support my 5 stars rating. I would have love one more soft blanket to use as there was only one between two rooms, personally do not find quilt bedding as comfortable to sleep under. I would definitely choose this place again if/when back to Princeville.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bdrm condo is very spacious. The beds are quite comfortable and the bedroom AC a lovely addition. The beach gear was very handy. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and could use to be replaced. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that had such a sparsely supplied kitchen. The addition of salt, pepper, oil would be a good start. Most villas allow some things to stay from previous tenants (like condiments) or keep a minimum supply themselves. To make this ok condo fabulous would require - new sofa, sand toys and maybe a few games or puzzles along with some kitchen staples.

The property was lovely and clean. There were some odd items missing (spatula for flipping eggs/pancakes, wine glasses) but the management company was super fast to rectify that. We had a problem with the cable in bedroom (not something the cleaning staff or mgt company would usually check) but a call to the cable company fixed that. It just needed to be re-booted. My only concern/complaint would be the age of the drapery. Some of them were really tattered/torn (from the back - not the front) , sheers were missing, screens were missing/damaged. The windows are very large and span the entire wall. You probably wouldn't notice unless you were looking to draw the sheers or open a screen. But this didn't effect the nice time we had, the ease of check in, the great management company or the cleanliness of the condo. It was a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful Condo!

Awesome expansive windows facing NE so you have wonderful lighting and views of the golf course. Very clean, everything worked as noted. Master bed was semi firm (which I liked). Ensuite washer/dryer. The Bad: I arrived at night, it would have been helpful if the directions mentioned the building number. Only 3 beach towels, not enough. AC units in the bedrooms only. The unit in the living room does not work and they are not interested in fixing/replacing. I was there in Dec so I had the AC on in the guest bedroom and placed a standing fan in the doorway to cool the living room- which worked perfectly. However, I'm fairly certain, this wouldn't cool enough in the summer months. It was just me and my GF. We would definitely stay again in the winter months!

We love the location and it was such a treat to see the many Nene (Hawaiian geese) daily on the golf course from our unit.Our only complaint would be that the unit could be updated somewhat. The drapes were ripped and the outdoor patio furniture was pretty worn. We couldn’t use one of the chairs because it was ripped. Also, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken so it couldn’t slide out. If we were staying longer than 5 nights we would have had it fixed. They also could have used some updated cook ware. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels. Would definitely rent this unit again.
