Tiene casi 1500 pies cuadrados, muy abierto y recientemente redecorado, bellamente y cómodamente amueblado al estilo hawaiano. Emmalani Court es un complejo de condominios más pequeño con 5 edificios, 44 unidades en total. Reviewer Comments: Emmalani Court location is great--very close to beach and cliffs overlook, beautiful golf course out the lanai and tons of space in the condo with the ability to turn into private living quarters for 2 couples. We have stayed here twice and really enjoy the private location, nice people, and great swimming pool.

Wonderful property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, myself, and my sister stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. We love the location and it was such a treat to see the many Nene (Hawaiian geese) daily on the golf course from our unit.Our only complaint would be that the unit could be updated somewhat. The drapes were ripped and the outdoor patio furniture was pretty worn. We couldn’t use one of the chairs because it was ripped. Also, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken so it couldn’t slide out. If we were staying longer than 5 nights we would have had it fixed. They also could have used some updated cook ware. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect slice of heaven

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The description online is exactly what you get walking in. Beautiful golf course and ocean view. Quiet area and lots to do. We loved how spacious the unit was and we had everything we could need: full kitchen, laundry, balcony, 2 bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and great living/dining room with beautiful views. We will definitely be back soon!

Peaceful and perfect location

This condo is lovely, spacious, quiet - wonderful beds…we loved having the pool after a day exploring. We cooked a fair amount since eating out is limited/expensive. Perfect location to access north shore sights and beauty. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only minor suggestion - provide shampoo and a few pantry items

Great and comfortable stay!

It was big and spacious for our family. It was nice to have the extra space and spread out. Everything we needed was in the condo - like the laundry soap. The condo pool was nice to use.

Great location

We love this location and will be back for sure. The condo was clean and well furnished. The kitchen could have been better stocked but it was definitely livable. This was a wonderful place to come back to each day.

Unit had two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and A/C units in bedrooms made for great sleeping conditions. Unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for six night stay. Kitchen was fully equipped which enabled us to enjoy majority of our meals at the unit. Loved walking out to the point to watch the sunsets - great views! Short drives to nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed using the community pool, it was heated.

The view of the golf course, the ocean beyond, and of all of the albatross, nenes, and other birds was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the remodeled master bath was great! The pool and hot tub were nice. Princeville Properties was a good management company to work with. The art work and decor were beautiful, and we would definitely come back and stay in this condo again.

It was a great choice overall

We have enjoyed our stay at this spacious, updated condo in a beautiful, lush Princeville settings, right by the ocean. It took a moment to get used to golf course maintenance noise level starting at 5am and having an individual AC units in 2 bedrooms only, buy was greatful to have it as weather was a little warm. I think location, cost, well stocked kitchen, up to date bathrooms and general setting support my 5 stars rating. I would have love one more soft blanket to use as there was only one between two rooms, personally do not find quilt bedding as comfortable to sleep under. I would definitely choose this place again if/when back to Princeville.

Wonderful Condo!

We loved this condo! It was very clean, quiet, and the AC worked great! The only thing I wish it would have had is shampoo and conditioner.

Great stay in Princeville

This was a exceptionally comfortable, quiet and functional unit. Very spacious for 4 adults and nice that you had separate areas for each couple (would also work for a family) the high tech toilets with heated seats were a nice touch! Kitchen was nice. Guests should note there was no shampoo or dishwashing detergent and limited condiments (although there were plenty of dishwasher and laundry pods). Location was an easy walk from hideaway beach which we loved. Wish we stayed longer!!
