Sit back and relax in this 2 bedroom/2 bath desirable Alii Kai walk out, end unit condo. Situated ideally to feel like your own private oasis with no obstructions of your oceanfront view. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every bedroom, the kitchen and living room! Seasonal whale watching from unit, lanai and walk out.
Watch spinner dolphins frolicking and turtles surfing the waves in the ocean below. Relax on a cozy lazyboy couch or recline in one of the two comfortable recliners while being mesmerized by the ocean. If you can breakaway from the views there are several amazing beaches that fit all your various beach activities desires. Anini has amazing year round snorkeling and the iconic Hanalei Bay are just a short drive away or several beach trails are within a mile and walking distance from the condo. Comfortable King size bed and a chaise lounger in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen is well stocked and some beach gear is provided. The pool is steps away. Come relax, rejuvenate and feel the Aloha in this lovely, quiet walk out end unit on Kauai's north shore.

Had a wonderful week staying here. Perfect spot. Perfect view. Enough space for two couples! Love that both rooms have ocean views. Everything we needed was provided including chairs and umbrella! Definitely will save this listing for future visits!

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This condo is in the perfect location! Close to many restaurants and we had a lovely walk on the walking path along the golf course. I appreciated all the amenities this condo had. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

Had a great time at this condo. Unreal location. First floor with unfiltered views of the ocean. More spacious than I expected. Would recommend for a future stay. Easy parking. The grounds are well kept. The only issue we had was the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Incredible place

Wonderful place wirh an ideal location, would definitely stay again. Centrally located to everything north shore related with great beaches everywhere and incredible sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets just off the patio.

Amazing View! Very Relaxing Stay on Kaua‘i.

Kim’s condo was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved hearing the waves crash, watching sunrises & sunsets from our patio and being in a perfect location to explore the north shore.

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful visit in the comfort of this condo. It was clean, cozy and well appointed from kitchen and bedding to beach equipment - so appreciated! The location and view are unparalleled - we had an amazing time watching the beautiful humpback whales right from the lanai. We hope to return some day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Location, location, location

Loved staying in Princeville right on the cliff. Ocean sounds and view with coffee and birds on the bluff every morning and evening, and it’s close to wherever you want to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The only negative was the noise from upstairs neighbors. Their children had noisy toys, and we could also hear the adults walking. But we otherwise loved being on the ground floor, with chairs right outside on the grass. So many birds and whales!

Relaxing retreat in Princeville

One of the best views of any condo in Princeville. Great property with the amenities you would expect in a vacation resort. Condo is stocked with tons of gear for beach fun and all your vacation needs. Great experience, would stay here again!

Amazing View!

We loved our stay here. The condo was only a short drive to reach Na Pali Coast hikes and beaches, and it was fun to snorkel in the cove you can see below from the condo. Kim was a wonderful host! It was hard to leave the view here!

Wonderful place!

Just returned from 6 days at this wonderful condo! It was sometimes hard to plan our days, when all we wanted was to sit on the lanai and watch for whales! The book of suggestions for hikes, swims, places to eat- so thoughtful. Highly recommended- wish we were still there!

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay in Princeville. Lovely, well equipped condo and a wonderful host. Only negative was that it’s a little far from town, but so are most things in Kauai. Also, the pool was a bit disappointing, but the views are great and the condo comfortable.

Everything you need

The house is fully equipped with everything you need. View is amazing. We sat on the patio and saw whales jumping/surfacing every single day. Home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days of seeing the rest of the island.

Whale Watching

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

Highly recommend this condo!!

You cannot beat this view!!! The interior was a delight as well! CLEAN!! Everything you will need/ want is provided. The beds are comfortable and provide a great night sleep with an ocean view in each room. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We cannot wait to return.

The View is Everything!

We spent a beautiful week here, watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evening. Close to food in Princeville and the cute Hanalei town and bay. The Turtle Cove hike from the property was so much fun (did it 3 times). The ocean breeze with the balcony slider and windows open was amazing! Enjoyed the use of the beach equipment, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable! Loved hearing the wind, rain and waves as we slept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for whale watching

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The only hitch was getting in the door! We kept trying the code on the lock box when it was REALLY an electronic code for the door lock! Once we figured that out it was a breeze. The views are amazing and we were very comfortable there. It was accessible to many places we wanted to explore! Thank you.

Wow!

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful condo. The views were amazing. We drank coffee outside while listening to the waves. We enjoyed Tunnels Beach and took a Napali Coast tour. Not to be missed, but time of year dictates ocean conditions. As a fellow VRBO owner, i appreciate the details Kim provides her guests. Mahalo, Patti and Randy

Great Stay!

We stayed here after hiking kalalau and Kim was great! She was very helpful with information on things we should see and how to get to other places that we wanted to see! The condo was fantastic as well! Great views, fun closet stuffed to the top, and everything else you could think of! The book she has on the table is stuffed full of all kinds of great information. We visited a few of the beaches that she mentioned in there and she was spot on. I absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it! My only concern, is when do I get to go back!

The Cliffs and Ocean View

The property is a must stay in Princeville. The location has great unobstructed views of the ocean. Sleeping with the windows open and hear the waves.The area was well kept in a great neighborhood. No need for a/c at this one. You get great cool ocean breezes that are just fine. We went in January and could see the whales from the property. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Beautiful, clean and convenient

We stayed here for a long weekend with family for a wedding in Hanalei. The condo is clean, well kept, furnished with everything one might need for their stay (general appliances, items for beach activities, etc). We had 4 adults and 1 baby and had plenty of space. The view is BEAUTIFUL and there are comfy chairs out back where you can sit and take it all in. Plenty of friendly birds, geckos and even a little cat came and visited us at our back door. Definitely recommend!

We are a small family of three. We enjoy traveling and spend most of our time in Kauai and Colorado.

We fell in love with not only the breathtaking views but the walk out unit. It really appealed to us. It gives you the feeling of having your own yard with a front row seat to the abundant sea life such as whales, turtles and many resident albatross that seems to fly by multiple times a day when they are on Kauai. The views from the cliff are breathtaking and that is always the first thing we hear when someone pulls up to our unit. This unit has a fun Hawaiiana feel with blue tile, tile inlays and a tropical vibe. This is one of the few units in Kauai that you have a mesmerizing ocean view from every room in the condo.
