This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

Spring Lodge is a Premier Class 40ft x 20ft lodge with a private Hot Tub. it has an open-plan living and panoramic views through the bi-folding patio doors. Lovely living area, complete with two sofas, TV, Bose speaker, and realistic open fireplace. The kitchen is close at hand with a full fridge freezer, wine chiller, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and a practical utility area in the next room. The Deck area has furniture for enjoying meals outside.

Spring Lodge is positioned at the end of a cul de sac, so there's no passing traffic. Access to the lodge is via an easy access ramp, makes entrance to the lodge super easy for all. There is a dedicated parking space immediatly outside the lodge.

This ultra-modern hi-spec lodge has everything you need for a well-earned break. Get comfy in the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe TV, electric window blinds, and ensuite bathroom with free standing bath plus a seperate shower. Plenty of room for a travel cot should you need to bring one.
There is an additional well-sized twin bedroom with plenty of storage. Across from the twin room is a family shower room with a large walk-in shower.

Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
