The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with several bus lines near the house that allow you to move comfortably on foot or using public transport. The house is located on the second floor with elevator in a stately building. The apartment is divided into two floors: below there is a double living room with kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a 55" Smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix (archive with more than 1000 films and TV series in different languages) . Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and two small double bedrooms both with 32" Smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix. In the house there is a WIFI connection in fiber optic (very fast), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, table and iron, parquet throughout the house.

The apartment is rented in full, without sharing with strangers.
