Elegant penthouse on the 6th floor of a historic building on Via del Tritone, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. Recently renovated, with a mix of classic and modern style, the apartment features a private terrace for outdoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining table for 6 people, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers. Bright, refined, and with ample storage space for clothing.

Located on the sixth floor of a historic building, this stunning penthouse offers amazing views of Rome's rooftops, and is just a few steps from Rome’s main landmarks, such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia, and the Pantheon.

The apartment, recently renovated, skillfully combines classic style with modern details, offering a refined and bright atmosphere. The private terrace is the perfect place to dine outdoors while enjoying the beauty of the city.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing any type pf meals. The living area includes a spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for up to six people, perfect for social evenings.

The sleeping area features a large master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, designed to offer maximum comfort. Two elegant bathrooms, both with showers, complete the space.

The apartment provides ample storage for clothing, ensuring a practical and functional layout.

Location is amazing - easy walk to the metro and a block from the grocery store! Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, so we were able to make breakfast for ourselves every morning. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures, host was easy to communicate with, and everything went very smoothly during our visit. Family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) fit very easily in the space.

Francesca was fantastic as messaged her numerous time for various things and was very responsive. Flat had a terrace and a balcony that would be perfect for spring and summer. It was a little cold for January. Only suggestion would be to add some additional seating in the living room.

Excellent location. The building is very safe and patio was great to sit whenever home. We walked everywhere -- to Colosseum and Vatican within 30mins. In-person check-in and Tiger supermarket just across the street were super helpful.

The property was really clean, centrally located, and felt safe. I would absolutely recommend it to people visiting Rome but it felt slightly cramped for 5 people requiring three bedroom set ups.I think I missed something in the listing or offering because I didn’t know about a winery tour until leaving this review. I’m sure it’s an amazing experience!

It kills me to say the master bed & pillows were awful - like sleeping on concrete! Flat is large & has great outdoor space. Super location too. When we arrived there was not a single roll of toilet paper in the unit. Or tissues. Or paper towels. Nothing. Maybe an oversight but nobody wants to find a store immediately to buy this stuff. Hide a bed sofa was more comfy than expected.

Perfect Location! And a Patio!

We were fortunate to have found this gem. It was wonderfull -excellent location and well maintained. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved having our morning espresso and evening wine while sitting outside on the lovely patio. We hope to visit Rome again and stay in this delightful apartment.

The apartment was in an amazing location! Proximity to everything, yet perfectly quiet for a good night's sleep. The addition of the outdoor space(s!) was such a luxury. The apartment is roomier than the pictures show. The appliances were modern, showers spacious, and instructions and restaurant/tour/transport reccomendations were a bonus! We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again next time in Rome. The customer service and updated finish to this apartment really did make it feel like staying in a hotel. Husband and daughters (18, 15 and 12) were all very comfortable.

This is a lovely accommodation in the heart of Rome. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice terrace. NOTE* The stairs depicted in the pictures lead to nowhere, upper terrace is not available for use. The fee per night per guest is 6 euro which is higher than we paid at our other accommodations in italy.

We just got back from 9 nights in Rome. We stayed at this very nice apartment right in the heart of the city. Positives: very good communication with the team. All questions before and during the trip were quickly answered. The location is excellent if you prefer to be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Trevi Fountain, etc. The entrance is right off the very busy Via Del Tritone but is very private once you enter the building. The apartment is updated and has great views from the main level balcony & the rooftop balcony. The team came through for us with a couple of issues throughout the stay. Very impressed with their professionalism. The only negative I can think of is the hall bathroom is very small and the showers in both bathrooms are very small. Not unusable but unusual. All in all I highly recommend this apartment and Matteo's team

Trevi Neighborhood Gem

This is a new listing so at first, I was hesitant booking it because there were no reviews. But I'm so glad I did because the place was lovely and had plenty of space for me, my sister and my nephew. It was very clean and since we stayed a week, we had a mid-week cleaning included. It's well located near the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Barberini metro stop. It's a bit too far to walk with large rolling luggage though as well as to/from the Roma Termini train station. But both are walkable without luggage, which we did often when going to other parts of Rome and other cities in Italy. There's a Tigre (grocery store) a short walk around the corner on Via Del Bufalo where we found everything we needed. We loved the terrace in the morning for breakfast (be sure to wave and say Buongiorno to the friendly neighbor across the street when she's out watering her plants) and late at night. The upper terrace had a nice view and was good for drying laundry as there were no table or chairs. The two bedrooms are in the back in an open the atrium of the building which afforded a great cross-breeze and you don't get any of the busy street noise; however, there was another apt. being renovated while we were there, so the men started around 7am. Windows closed and A/C was turned on and back to sleep. The staff of Amazing Suite Rome were always very responsive whenever we had a question or request. Its location is great for walking to many of the sites in Rome and I'd book again.

Wir waren während der Vor-Osterwoche in der Wohnung im 6 Stock mit zusätzlicher Dachterrasse. Es entsprach alles genau den Bildern im Inserat. Der Kontakt und das Check-In waren vorbildlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch wenn es hier und da mal eine Kellerassel oder einen Silberfisch gab - im Altbau wohl unvermeidlich.Es gibt in der Wohnung eine große Küche mit Gasherd (leider keine Topflappen). Die meisten Kochutensilien sind vorhanden, Gläser und Besteck in ausreichender Menge für 5 Personen. Tabs für die Spülmaschine muss man selbst besorgen, ebenso Küchenhandtücher (oder beim Service anfragen - sie wurden uns am nächsten Tag gebracht).Da die Wohnung im sechsten Stockwerk liegt, wurde ein Fahrstuhl nachträglich eingebaut, max. 3 Personen können hinein; man sollte keine Platzangst haben.Im kleineren Badezimmer ist die Toilettenspülung sehr schwach gewesen, aber hier wurde Besserung versprochen. Das ist schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau, insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. (Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es sogar noch eine 3. Toilette, aber die haben wir nie benutzt) Warum geben wir dann nicht die beste Bewertung? Was unseren Urlaub wirklich getrübt hat, war der Punkt, dass gleich am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthalts größere Bauarbeiten im Innenhof begannen. Es wurde dort ein Baugerüst aufgestellt und es gab z.T. massiven Lärm ab den Morgenstunden. An Schlaf war dann nicht mehr zu denken. Die Vermieter waren da leider machtlos.Die Wohnung an sich ist klasse.
