This is the classic, typical, Roman, trendy and cozy apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a fabulous and breathtaking view of the city.
Located in the heart of the historic center, just a few steps from the Pantheon and the main attractions of the city. It doesn't get more central! Steps away from the Pantheon, a 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. Walk to the Vatican....walk everywhere. The apartment is nicely decorated and presents the best views you can imagine of the Eternal City. It's located exactly where you want to be!!
Rome Tourist City Tax will be collected upon arrival (€ 6.00 per day per adult 10 years or older - maximum 10 days, meaning that over 10 days it's not due)

Amazing host!! Super responsive and flexible. The location was perfect, walkable anywhere. Could not imagine a better place to stay for a family. AC and elevator worked great. Would highly recommend.

Made Rome perfect

There is not a better location to be in to visit Rome. The unit is a bit dated only one bathroom took some planning. From here we walked almost everywhere we visited. There were restaurants that served actual breakfast ( eating in the morning is not a thing for them and the idea is deeply insulting to them. Enjoy the food and just being there. Ciao!!

GREAT Rome Apartment

My family of 5 recently spent 4 nights at this great apartment. Our 3 teens fit comfortably in the extra bedroom which was awesome. The air conditioning was really good, almost too cold at times which was appreciated by us. There is only one bathroom which turned out to be fine, it is very large, and the shower had ample hot water for the group. The apartment and building are very quiet and relaxing; the elevator is small but very easy to use. BEST location for Rome, walkable to all attractions and right next to the Pantheon. Although it is a busy area, the square the building is located in is very quiet and the area seems very safe. I would highly recommend this space and would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay.

Loved the views as far as the eye can see and the sound of opera and street performers from below. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. Small living room and kitchen, but well-sized bedrooms and bathroom. Plenty of space for everyone to recover from sightseeing each day and air conditioning was a lifesaver. Very small, old style elevator was a bonus. Marked down one star only due to some minor repairs needed in bathroom in the shower area.

Amazing location. So many things are walkable from here. Small elevator. A lot of steps if you go that route but manageable. It appeared to be residential so if you and your party are louder don’t come here as it wouldn’t be appropriate. Lovely host and process

Centrally Located and perfect for a family or couples

The apartment was on the 6th floor providing breathtaking views of Rome, the piazza below, and the Pantheon dome just a few steps away. The entry doors to the building are giant and beautiful and open directly onto a small piazza and are often open and inviting when the doorman is there. The elevator is quaint but sufficient and holds 2 people comfortably. Outside the apartment are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a coffee shop that became our favorite place for breakfast. With 2 teenage daughters, my wife and I felt comfortable leaving them while we took early morning walks or sat in the Pantheon Piazza having a cocktail while people watching. The apartment itself has two spacious bedrooms with a queen in one and 2 single beds and a futon in the other. The living room has a set of doors and long couch that fit the 4 of us well making it another potential sleeping location for someone. The bathroom was spacious, the water was hot, the shower small but gets the job done and has a easy to use washer and balcony for quickly drying your clothes in the afternoon sun. With an AC in each bedroom and the living room the apartment was easy to cool and could accommodate each person's comfort level. Our host Simone, was a treat and met us to hand off the keys, show us how to use the elevator, and give us a tour of the apartment. She had some great recommendations for restaurants and even saved us by sending our passport images to us when waiting in line for the Coloseum.

Ideal location and great host

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Grandparents, parents and a 10 month old. The location is fantastic for all the main sights and allows you to come back during the day for a break. Plus you can't beat it when there is Venchi a stones throw away. The apartment is well furnished and stocked up with all the items you need. We all had a good nights sleep. The noise level is as you would expect from being in any city centre but it dies down late enough. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and there is a small lift. Ignazio was great to deal with and accomodated our needs. Stunning views from every window and i would recommend this place to anyone when they visit Rome. Its such great value for money. I know it would be my first choice if i was to return to Rome for a third time. You wont be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment just minutes from the Pantheon

This is a great apartment which is really close to the Pantheon, and you can see it from the windows of the apartment. You can also see St. Peter's basilica in the distance. The owner contacted me before going to Italy, and we even worked out being able to store our luggage there during the day before check in that afternoon, which was really nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything worked just fine. Like most places in Italy, the elevator up there was very small so we often used the stairs - not an issue for us but for some people with mobility issues that could be hard. Overall we loved it and would recommend it for others!

Amazing stay

I never write reviews, but this place is worth recommending. Location is in the heart of it all. Easy walk or bus everywhere. A stone's throw from the Pantheon. Restaurants everywhere. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning was AMAZING. We didn't use the kitchen too much but it has what you need. Cute building with a small elevator. The second bedroom with twin beds was perfect for our teenage kids. Bathroom was fine (it does have a washing machine and a drying rack). Pretty quiet if you have the a/c on. I slept really well there. Very lovely host. We would stay there again.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome. Fantastic team of hosts!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome, very close to the Pantheon and the city life. The location is very convenient with a Carrefour Express, restaurants, gelaterias all nearby. The apartment is full of light with windows in every room and fantastic views of the city. It is equipped with A/C which is very convenient for summer. Has a small kitchen well equipped and the apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom. The building has a small lift to the sixth floor. It was very convenient for us (a family of four with kids aged 10 and 8). The master bedroom was perfect and the second chamber very spacious with two individual beds. A very good alternative with connecting rooms which is hard to find in a regular Rome Hotel. Ignazio, Simona and Mr. Ali were all very friendly and concerned to make our stay the best possible. Simona helped us arranging our pick up from the airport and everything was seamless. The only caveat is that you will hear the seagulls on the roof of the Pantheon during the nights if you sleep without A/C…. Turn the A/C on and the problem is solved. Grazie mille Ignazio and Simona. You made our stay at Rome wonderful!!! Looking forward to coming back soon…

Great Location, Clean, and Safe

The Good: Great, central location Beautiful views and light from many windows Beautiful decor (looks a lot like the photos) Very comfortable Good WIFI Good A/C Great communication with owners/easy check in. They accommodated our adult son who check in first, and we arrived later. The Bad (not a big deal, but some people may care): The one elevator is old and only fits a max of 3 people at a time. It was fine and charming once we got the hang of using it. The alternative is walking 6 flights of stairs. As advertised, it’s only 1 bathroom, but there’s not a lot of counter space at the sink. We struggled getting hot water showers for all 5, but we alternated schedules and made it work. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to go back!
