Wonderfull villa to have a really chilled holiday

The villa is beautiful. It is very private, with a lovely pool. It was clean, comfortable, and a very relaxing house.The grounds around the house was immaculate, with flowers, grape vines. We even seen an owl in the trees. Maria came in half way through the week, changed the towels and gave a clean. She had asked if this was okay with us, and we were very grateful. There is all the items you need and more, washing machine, towels, dishwasher, haidrier etc. She had also left us water, wine, homemade marmalade and more. We were four adults. There was plenty of room, there was a cot in the house also if needed for family with children. We had a very much needed relaxing holiday. We did not hire a car, but walked into Lefkada in about 10 minutes. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Villa Iolis again. Thank you very much for our lovely holiday.

Idyllic Villa Arenaria

We returned home a few days ago after spending two lovely and relaxing weeks at Villa Arenaria. The villa is very comfortable and homely with everything one needs including pantry items, toilet paper, shampoos, hand wash and many other items The photos on the website do not do the villa or the garden justice.. The pool is large and clean with lots of mature trees surrounding it, The pergola/large seating area is amazing and such a relaxing place to sit/lie and relaxing reading a book. At night the garden looked magical with all the twinkling lights. Argie, the owner was a delight to deal with, very helpful and at the end of the phone if needed and making sure that all was well with everything. Thank you Argie for everything and taking and showing us the sights and sounds of Lefkada town and supermarkets. You are a star.... Lefkada town itself is well worth visiting, especially in the evening to watch the sunset which was beautiful..a sight not to be missed. The bikes loaned to us by Argie were an added bonus and which we used daily to get around. All our needs were met staying in the villa and we cannot fault anything. Thank you Argie for being so welcoming and hospitable and also thank you to Elena for all her communications with us when booking the villa. Many, many thanks..... Brenda and Wilf. A homely house in the heart of Old Lefkada Town

We felt thoroughly at home from the first minute: A wonderful welcome from Andreas, the owner; cosy, traditional, spacious accommodation and a shady courtyard, where we breakfasted each day: very, very relaxing. We stayed 2 weeks, but wish it could have been longer because Lefkada has limitless things to see and do.

Fantastic villa and great location

If you are looking for a great villa in peaceful surroundings that allows you to feel at home then this is a must book. Location al.ows you to easily explore the island during the day (west side has best beaches), and then either relax at night with a home cooked meal or go into Lefkada town (3 min by car or 30 mins walk) where you will find fantastic mixture of culture and places to eat and drink. We rarely go back to somewhere twice, but this villa likely to break the rule...
