The location was absolutely perfect (although I knew that before booking). The property itself was also perfect so no complaints about absolutely anything. I had some questions and the owner answered everything promptly and was flexible. Highly recommended from my standpoint!

Close to train station. Close to shopping and pubs.Very close to the University so it is very busy with students and can get a bit noise. Otherwise great place. Host was fabulous! You have your own private patio which i enjoyed. Perfect place to enjoy Cardiff

The property was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, sofas less so. Location great for the Castle and other attractions and is opposite the students union so great for supermarket, cafes and the Sherman theatre

Almost perfect

I cannot fault the Apartment. Everything is clean, well maintained and there's lovely modern touches. The host was good with messages and quick to offer a response if we needed anything. They were also courteous over the phone when we had to speak.The location is good as the city centre and the good food places are not too far a walk away. The only thing I have to complain about is the parking. The ad on Vrbo says parking available but that's few and far between. I think it should be made clear that the majority of the parking is for residents only via a permit. The supposed free parking is only for 2 hours according to the signs. I came with my young family and luckily have a disability badge which meant I could offload all our luggage from not too far away. If you don't have a disability badge and can't find one of the "free" parking spaces then that could mean a potential 10 minute walk to your apartment from the car. Not everyone will mind that but it should be listed clearly in the ad. This is not just a problem with this apartment but in general a huge problem for Cardiff too. Not being from the area and driving almost 2 hours to get to the apartment I would have preferred that parking was not an issue. I am now at home, worried about potentially getting a fine or a letter saying I have been parked incorrectly! It's not something I should be worried about on a holiday. It's one of the reasons I chose to stay here. The paid parking right next door is a rob job!
