Appartement rénové avec des finitions de luxe sur le front de mer de Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis l'établissement. Il dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec douche et capacité pour 5 personnes.

Logement de 132 m² extérieur et très lumineux, il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la baie et la ville.



Il dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès internet haut débit fibre (wifi), climatisation dans tout le logement, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire+enfants, court de tennis, 1 place de parking dans le même bâtiment, 3 téléviseurs ( Smart TV), fer à repasser, Sèche-cheveux.

La cuisine ouverte à induction avec îlot est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave-linge, d'un micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un congélateur, d'un lave-vaisselle, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière Dolce Gusto, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et l'enregistrement ont lieu dans notre bureau situé Avenue del Mediterráneo 62, au niveau de la rue, nom commercial BenidormBooking. L'enregistrement automatique peut être effectué dans le même hébergement et uniquement si vous ne venez pas avec une voiture. Dans ce cas, vous devez vous enregistrer en ligne et payer la caution via le lien que nous vous enverrons.

- Une caution de 200 € est retenue par carte bancaire ou espèces, à défaut.

- Arrivée à partir de 16h30 (haute saison à partir de 18h00)

- Départ avant 11h00

- Il est permis de fumer uniquement sur la terrasse.

Fabulous apartment.

Very good location, on the sea front of levante beach, not far from the old town. Beautiful upgraded apartment with a fabulous kitchen and facilities. Two very modern bathrooms with great showers. Laundry room with washing machine. The apartment was spotlessly clean, even chairs available for beach. There is also a pool for the apartments to use with sunloungers. We were a group of female friends and had a lovely time staying here. The view is to die for from the 20th floor. Nothing.

Exceptional apartment, 2 bedroom with separate lounge. 2 bathrooms. Couldn't be better located, straight on to the promenade. Brilliant view and a huge balcony. Having to collect the keys about 1/2 mile away.

Clean, modern and spacious! The lifts apparently regularly get stuck and we unfortunately suffered that fate. They could maybe do with maintenance.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

The property was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location was superb and the views from the balcony was stunning. It was about a 20 minute walk to collect the keys to the property, the communication advising of this was very clear beforehand so we were expecting this and had planned our journey from the airport accordingly. There was a lack of concierge over the weekend, which routinely would not be a problem. However, unfortunately one of the lifts broke down with my 16-year-old son inside. He was stuck inside the lift for an hour. We had no way of informing anybody so had to make the 20 minute journey to where we retrieve the keys from for them to call Maintenance. It was a stressful experience. Whilst we were talking to other guests they also mentioned they had encountered problems with the lifts so don’t think it was a isolated incident. It was incredibly hot inside the lift and my son almost passed out whilst inside.

Fantastic ophold🥰

Alt for besværgeligt at hente nøglen i den anden ende af af byen (15 min normal gang) med al bagagen især når man er dårlig gående, og der er desværre ikke mulighed for at oplade mobilitiscoter, meget store klodsede dyner, alt andet var pefekt, ingen sol på terassen i maj mdr, solen står for højt for højt men dejlig have med sol😊

Zeer mooi appartement

Zeer mooi locatie, werkelijk aan het strand. Super schoon, grote terras, gratis parkeren. Bedden zijn mooi en kamers groot genoeg. Elke kamer eigen smart tv en zee uitzicht. Prima keuken benodigheden, zelfs 2 koffieautomaten. Kortom een top vakantiehuis in het hart van mooi Benidorm om enorm van te genieten. Douche koppen waren niet vast te zetten. Eigenlijk alleen een schroefje van de houders waren los maar wel vervelend als je onder de douche staat. Als er een schroevendraaier was had ik hem gelijk gefikst. Wifi was eerste 2 dagen goed maar na de grote stroomstoring hadden we geen verbinding meer met wifi. We hadden genoeg data op onze mobieltjes daarom vond ik het niet heel erg. En dit was echt een incident lijk mij ivm grote stroomstoring.

super strak appartement ,koffieapparaat mag beter maar voor de rest alles voor ook randen goede bedden en een heerlijk terras,vanuit het appartement zo op het lava te strand en bij de old town ,enigste minpuntje sleutels van het appartement krijgen als je zaterdagavond aan komt heeft voor ons 2 uur geduurd eer we iemand hadden dienen kon helpen

Lokalizacja super. Widok rewelacyjny. Cisza mimo bliskości miejsc rozrywkowych ponieważ apartament jest umieszczony bardzo wysoko 20 piętro. Bardzo duży taras ze wszystkich pokoi bezpośrednie wyjście na taras. Brak mydła w łazienkach oraz kostek do zmywarki czy zwykłego płynu do mycia naczyń.
