Villa Santa Marina by Modone Villas accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal choice for friends, families, or couples looking for a romantic retreat. The two exquisitely furnished bedrooms in the villa are all intended to offer maximum comfort and coziness. The 80 sqm villa lies on one level and it features a balcony on ground level outside the hall, the living room and the master bedroom, creating a U shape, and it has direct access to the patio and picnic area which views out over the garden, the hills and the village of Methoni.

The meticulously designed outdoor areas of Modone Villas are its main attraction; here, guests can enjoy the beauty of their surroundings while soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The large swimming pool area beckons you to relax on the lounge chairs, swim in the saltwater swimming pool, or dine al fresco at picnic area. Snuggle yourself in the shade of an umbrella with a good book or just let your thoughts wander while taking in the aromas of the blossoming flowers and the soft air.

The villa provides an array of luxurious amenities for individuals in search of moments of relaxation and revitalization. Indulge in the sheer joy of swimming into our eco-friendly, 14m long swimming pool. Our ecofriendly pool sanitation system is 100% chlorine free or any other chemicals. We use hi-end automated sea salt electrolysis system to clean the water and the pool is monitored 24h via Wi Fi so the water is guaranteed fresh and clean all day long. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is provided next to the swimming pool for your convenience. Alternatively, you may enjoy a leisurely stroll around the beautifully tended gardens, where olive trees, vibrant flowers and aromatic herbs create a picture-perfect ambiance. The estate has a garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables that are offered to our guests as part of the welcome pack.

The Rooms
In the first bedroom you will find a double bed 160x200, ceiling fan and A/C. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds 90x200 and ceiling fan. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle/water boiler, cutlery/crockery, cooking essentials and blender. The dining area is in the same room with the kitchen which is connected with the living room which has ceiling fan and A/C. The powerful A/C that is placed in the living room adequately covers the kitchen and dining area. The hall, the living room and the master bedroom, create a U shape and lead to the balcony which is on the ground floor and has direct access to the patio and picnic area.
