Welcome to Villa Carla, a peaceful and spacious holiday villa in southern Greece, where comfort, privacy, and Mediterranean charm come together. Nestled among olive trees in the quiet village of Kamaria, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Ideal for up to 10 guests, Villa Carla is perfect for two families or arger groups. The villa is divided into two fully equipped apartments – the upper floor features a balcony with sea view, while the ground floor opens directly onto the garden and the private pool.

You’ll enjoy an outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings, a large covered terrace with panoramic sea views, and all the comforts of home inside: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen in each unit.

Just a short drive away is the charming seaside town of Finikounda, known for its relaxed atmosphere, sandy beach, seafront tavernas and restaurants, and a delightful shopping street. The area is dotted with beautiful beaches – some peaceful and unspoiled, others with beach bars and sunbeds. The locals are warm, welcoming, and happy to share their love for this hidden gem.

We all throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Carla. It is a lovely property with plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The views are beautiful and it is in a very quiet location. A car is a must in order to explore the surrounding area although there is a fantastic Taverna within walking distance. We all loved the pool and outdoor eating and relaxation areas which have been well planned. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Superbe logement. Belle et grande piscine, très agréable salon extérieur.L'intérieur est confortable et spacieux et super bien équipé: il y a tous les produits d'entretien (nettoyage, lessive, lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelles, mouchoirs, etc..) et des épices et un kit de bienvenue, je n'ai jamais eu autant de fournitures de base dans un logement, super bravo, c'est tellement relaxant de ne pas avoir à courir au supermarché pour des produits de nettoyage!!!! En plus, c'est un endroit paisible dans la nature à 5 minutes en voiture de magnifiques plages (finikounda, Lampes) et de supermarchés, boucher (excellent à Finikounda en face du supermarché). Le barbecue à gaz a aussi été un grand plus pour nous, nous avons grillé toutes sortes de viandes délicieuses et c'est si facile. Mille mercis à Richard et Diana, les 'house keepers', super gentils, réactifs, adorables. Bref, ce fut un rêve.

What an absolute gem of a property. The house, which is set out over 2 floors, is as advertised in the listing. It is spacious, clean and with plenty of kitchenware, condiments, bedding, towels etc. Our family including 2 young kids had a great week staying there.The pool is great, the view overlooking the sea and local islands stunning.Richard and Diana manage the property, and couldn't have been more proactive, friendly and responsive. They coordinated to be there when we arrived quite late in the evening to show us around and made sure we had everything we needed. They were on hand to come and adjust the heating system settings when we had a small issue with the hot water, and to give advice on where to go and do the things we wanted to do.In terms of local area, you can walk to the 2 nice restaurants in Kamaria. Or it's a 3 minute drive down the slightly bumpy track to the main road where you have a good supermarket, bakery and coffee shop. And from there 3 mins further drive to the Finikounda town where you have more options.
