The apartment was converted from a standard 2-bedroom unit to a roomy 1-bedroom unit giving occupants plenty of space to relax.

The oversized east-facing terrace measures a generous 40 square meters. It is a perfect place to do what you came to Vera Playa for – enjoy the outdoors! The terrace overlooks 2 pools and the beautifully manicured grounds. Should the sun become too strong, the terrace has a retractable cover that will allow you to continue enjoying the outdoors while protecting you from the sun. After dark custom lighting illuminates the terrace with a soft golden glow for evening enjoyment.

This apartment is a short 300 meter walk from 2.5 km of naturist beach – the largest naturist beach in Europe. It is also walkable to numerous bars, restaurants, chiringuitos and a supermarket – many of these are inside the naturist zone. The apartment comes with parking behind the Parque Vera IV gates. .

This apartment in nicely furnished and has all the amenities you need. Further afield are the “must see” fishing villages of Garrucha and Villaricos, the restaurants and bars of Mojacar Playa, the picturesque Moorish village of Mojacar Pueblo and the traditional Spanish town of Vera with its bullfighting ring.
