Great location

This apartment was perfect for us. the location was amazing with shops and restaurants close by ad tourist attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is a nice mix of modern and historical with tall wooden doors and balconies. Luggage storage was very convenient and secure and the welcome package of food and drink was very appreciated. We also felt very secure with an outside door, an inner door leading to just two apartments and then the apartment door.

- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
