Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. This apartment still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and beautiful ceilings with decorative moldings. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, shower, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet.
Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.

The apartment has a small private BALCONY with seating and there is also access to the shared furnished ROOF TERRACE, with monument views.

BEDS - Master bedroom with one 180x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has one single bed 90x200cm.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 6 (sofabed pulls out in the master bedroom).

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our storage room when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our storage room in the building.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. We use the kitchen almost every day to cook breakfast and made several dinners. The living room was nice for talking and we are in watched a family movie together. We also liked how the primary bedroom was separated from the others giving us a bit of privacy. We also took advantage of the rooftop to watch the sunset several nights. It’s great to see the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop. We found their apartment well equipped for all our needs and there’s really nothing else we go to ask for. We would stay there again on another Barcelona visit.

Fantastic location. Very responsive hosts. Great space. I traveled with my husband and adult son. We each had our own bathroom which was awesome. Beds were so comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great and we walked everywhere. We loved it.

The apartment is a really nice place to live in Barcelona. The apartment has everything you need and has a peculiar charm due to the high ceiling decorated with stucco and nice tile work on the floors.The location is also perfect as you have everything you need around (supermarket, bakery, restaurants,…), plus the metro station is just a 5 minutes walk away.An absolute highlight is the roof terrace with a nice view over Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia.We enjoyed every minute and will come back to this nice place.

L'appartement est très confortable. Il est bien situé dans Barcelone entre la sagrada familia et la casa Batllo. Nombreux moyens de transport à proximité. On a apprécié le fait de pouvoir déposer ses bagages sur place avant de disposer de la chambre. Merci à Liliana.

The apartment was very clean. Loved our master bedroom! The other two bedrooms very small, but clean and met our needs. The kitchen/living room was spacious and very clean. We did not cook, but having our morning coffee and afternoon wine was very great. Loved the balconies in the front and off the master bedroom. Lovely building. Would stay here again.

Everything was great except for controlling the A/C. It was warm and the central system was not on. So we had to open windows to get cool air. Each unit should have its own control.

Our three day stay here was amazing. The host was always available to answer any questions. The location was great. We were able to walk to many sites and found lots of restaurants along the way. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a clean and spacious place to stay. Beautiful views from our balcony.

Great location and wonderful apartment for a group with its 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Close to many restaurants and supermecado. Liliana was helpful in calling us a taxi when we left. Wonderful stay !

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Man ist auch nah an 2 Haltestellen vom Hop on Hop off Bus (z.b. Sagrada Familia) schöner spanischer Vibe und super viel Platz. Für 5 Personen perfekt! Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, auch das man am anreisetag sein Gepäck abstellen darf bis die Unterkunft fertig ist, ist super geregelt. Liliana hat uns direkt in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Würde wir immer wieder buchen.

Everything about this place was lovely. Balconies were very nice to sit out on. So close to all amenities.Very comfortable.Would definitely recommend this place, we loved the old world charm. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were excellent for the 4 of us. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location! We walked to many of the attractions. A couple of times we took a taxi right at the corner where the apartment building was located. It was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, we had some very wild neighbors right above us and on weekends, the street stays very loud most of the night due to the fact that there is a night club across the street from the apartment. Otherwise, great place to stay, especially if it is during the week.

Friendly hosts and manager. Location perfect. Walking distance to most major sites. Far away from populated tourists areas. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.

Super Ferienwohnung mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse mitten in Barcelona

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Sehr schönen und sauberen Wohnung. In jedem Bad war ein Föhn, sowie Duschgel und Handseife und auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch die Busanbindung war gut. Um die Wohnung herum hat es alles was man braucht : Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, schöne Bars und Restaurants.Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon und der Zugang zur Dachterrasse gefallen. Für Geräuschempfindliche: die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ( wir haben den Trubel abends genossen) und durch die Fenster zu den Innenhöfen kann es nachts laut sein. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
