Tucked away on a characteristically wide yet quiet avenue in the 16th arrondissement, mere moments from the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, this three-bedroom apartment beckons you in with its grandeur and charm.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
With its gorgeous Chantilly parquet flooring, ornate mouldings and an array of oil paintings, the living room is an elegant enclave of this home. Sink into the sofa or the cosy armchairs dotted around the room, or move into the nearby dedicated dining space, where a spacious table for six sits under a crystal chandelier and atop a richly detailed rug.
KITCHEN
Generously sized and featuring all the bells and whistles, this kitchen is a delightful space for any cook to work in. Whip up a déjeuner or enjoy a coffee and a pâtisserie at the breakfast table.
BEDROOMS
The principal bedroom stuns with a blushing pink feature wall, injecting a measure of colour and character. As well as the bed, in here you’ll find a desk, a chest of drawers and a TV atop the mantelpiece. The second bedroom is very spacious, featuring a bed, wardrobe, desk and even a piano for those musically inclined. The final bedroom hosts a double bed as well as a cot.
