Upon entering our spacious holiday home, you’ll immediately notice the bright, airy hallway that sets the tone for the perfect blend of character and contemporary style throughout. The space is cosy, inviting, and full of charm.

Third Bedroom: A comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe, located at the front of the house.
Fourth Bedroom: This versatile room can be configured as either a single or king-sized bed, complete with a bureau that doubles as a workspace for those needing an office area ( Please note that the spare bedding is in the drawers under the day bed which pulls out to be a king-sized bed with two single mattresses adjoining)
Downstairs Bathroom: Conveniently situated between the two front bedrooms, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
Open Plan Living and Dining Area: The living room offers a tranquil space to relax, with views of the garden and countryside. It includes comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with smart apps, and a feature fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably for meals.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern amenities, including an Air fryer. Ideal for preparing everything from quick snacks to full meals.
Back Garden: Accessible through the back door, the garden features a spacious dining terrace with stunning views and large seating area.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious, serene retreat with a double bed, double doors leading to a balcony, and an abundance of natural light with sweeping views.
Second Bedroom: A spacious room with a double bed, perfect for friends or family, and a desk area for work or study.
First Floor Bathroom: The family bathroom on the first floor continues the home’s charm, with a welcoming and functional design with shower over bath.
Guests have full access to the entire house. The main entrance is reached by a few steps from the pavement to the front door, and the property is set back from the road with a gated pathway leading to the entrance. For convenience, there’s also access to the garage if you’d like to store bikes.

Heads up: The gardener comes by occasionally to maintain the front and back garden. He only needs access to the back garden and will enter through the side gate, so there’s no need to worry about anyone coming through the house.

A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule

RUBBISH AND RECYCLING: Kitchen bins provided for general waste and mixed recycling. Please transfer waste to the correct outdoor bins (green lid – general, blue lid – recycling, brown lid – garden). Bin collection is on Mondays: general waste weekly; recycling and garden waste alternate weeks (calendar in kitchen). Please put bins out on the path before check-out if it's a collection day.
PASS THE KEYS PROVIDE: We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as hotel style mini eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack; including toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Convenience Store only couple of minutes walk away
PET POLICY - We welcome a maximum of 2 pets per stay. - There is a £20 charge per pet. - Please ensure pets are supervised and do not cause damage to the property.
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our property and want all our guests—both human and canine—to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment, please follow the guidelines below:
Supervision & Control Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Whether on a leash outdoors or inside the unit, pets should never be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests.
Clean-Up Responsibility All dog waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
Please carry waste bags when walking your dog.
Securely tie used bags and place them in the designated outdoor bins.
Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a cleaning fee or other penalties.
No Dogs on Furniture Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding or use designated dog blankets if provided.
Respect Shared and Outdoor Spaces Dogs must be kept off any shared furniture or amenities and should not be allowed to dig, damage plants, or disturb landscaping.
Noise Consideration Please be mindful of barking or other noise that could disturb nearby guests. If your dog becomes noisy, we ask that you address it promptly.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
