The Paola Apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant condominium in a strategic residential area, within a garden with centuries-old trees and opposite the historic Grand Hotel Fasano, directly on the Promenade Paul Heyse, that leads to numerous tourist attractions, just steps from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Heller Botanical Garden, and the lake.
The 110-square-meter apartment, with private parking, offers ample space to comfortably accommodate up to four people and is equipped with all the accessories and appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning/heating (depending on the season), Smart TVs in the living room and one bedroom, a safe, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, a moka pot, a kettle, a refrigerator with freezer, a convection oven and microwave, an induction hob, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a clothesline, and a hairdryer.
It features two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and window (one with twin beds upon request), a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living/dining area with a view of the lake, and a convenient hallway.
An electric gate with remote control leads to the communal garden, where one car can be parked free of charge. From here, a wide staircase leads to the main entrance.
In the immediate vicinity, in addition to both public and private beaches, two of which have received the 2025 Blue Flag international certification for lake quality and environmental sustainability, you can enjoy numerous leisure, sports, food and wine, hiking opportunities, events, and summer shows.
Just a few kilometers away are theme parks such as Rimbalzello Adventure (1.9 km), Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva World, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, and Parco Natura Viva, which can also be reached by ferry across the lake, or Leolandia for younger children.
