Built on two floors, it features:
The ground floor comprises a living-dining room with access to the porch, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and various utensils), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor has three double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

A lovely corner plot with a private pool, porch, barbecue, and parking for one vehicle.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and upstairs hallway to keep all rooms cool. It also has Wi-Fi to stay connected during your vacation.

BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. A RESERVATION OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR €15 PER PERSON.

Located in the Las Tres Calas urbanisation, this property features a shopping area with a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants (some with live entertainment). There's also a pleasant children's area with a playground, football pitches, basketball courts, and pétanque courts.

Just 4 km from the fishing village of Lametlla de Mar, which offers a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants, we have over 30 coves to choose from. A wide variety of activities are available during your stay: jet ski, boat, and kayak rentals; guided excursions to visit the tuna farm (swimming included); visits to the oyster farm with tastings; and much more. PortAventura theme park and a water park are just 30 minutes away via the A-7 motorway!
