Studio @ 113b - A Home Away From Home
My place is memorable because it's great value for your money and offers a newly renovated, cozy studio annex flat with modern, smart amenities and a personal touch. Guests can expect a welcoming environment with a kitchenette for self-catering, a washing machine, and entertainment options like Amazon FireTV.
The flat is a total of 15m squared and overlooks a garden view below and is a stone's throw away from Bushy Park, ensuring a blend of comfort and nature. I strive to make your stay here memorable with thoughtful details like a welcome pack bespoke for you and convenient access to local gems such as the beautiful Bushy Park, less than 1 minute walk away, with its lush landscapes and wildlife, the historic Hampton Court Palace, and the inviting outdoor swimming pool just a 5 minute walk away.
These attractions, along with delightful pubs like the Roebuck pub, Teddington Lock and cultural spots like Hampton Hill Theatre, offer a glimpse into the area's vibrant community and natural beauty whilst being just 30 minutes from central London on a direct overground train. I also allow house-trained pets and kids and it's free parking which is truly hard to come by nowadays.
I'm new to hosting and really keen to do a good job of it - the best thing is when a guest leaves happy feeling they got excellent value for their money, had a great time and would visit again. I'm 39 years old and am originally from Liverpool but have lived in West and SW London for the past 16 years although I have deffo kept my accent.
The studio flat is an annex to my flat so I'm just next door if you need anything - both flats are isolated and self sufficient with their own front doors - there's a tiny hallway at the front that we both use but that's it so you can see me as little or as much as you like! :-) The flat is accessible via a lockbox at the front door and is self sufficient so you have all the utilities there if you want to cook for yourself whilst staying here. My name is Michael - feel free to contact me if you have any questions before hopefully making your booking!
