Great place, but something to consider...
At the beginning of our stay, things were great. Very clean and a beautiful home. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and property manager, they were both very helpful and quick to address the issues we had. This review is not meant to diminish them. That being said, I was very unhappy with the man who claimed to be neighborhood maintenance that let himself into the home while I was there alone. He was very sketchy and did not appear to have anything that would prove himself to be maintenance or housekeeping (Which it turns out to be the housekeepers son). He showed up with a box of latex gloves only and had his own key. He did not knock or announce himself before trying to enter. Like I said, this is at no fault of the owner, she was very helpful in finding out who this man was and apologized profusely. But I do not feel confident that this has not happened to previous visitors, considering that the housekeeper is a neighbor to the home, according to the welcome book. I could not write this review without mentioning this scary situation. It very well could have been a huge misunderstanding, but it seemed to me like he was there for another reason and could have been watching our vehicle the days before that. This was the only downside to our stay. I would just ask that the owner or manager take extra steps of precaution to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
