Central air conditioning, very clean, cozy and Spacious House. Close to trails.

Central air conditioning/furnace heat. At this property you will find a very spacious house that is very clean and updated. It is a modern rustic charm with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The house is very well furnished, with cooking pots/pans to cups plates and silverware. There is a Keurig with cups, and a coffee pot with coffee. There is hand soap and towels in all bathrooms and the kitchen. This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out. There is a 55" TV with Netflix included and you can log into any streaming services you may have with the Smart TV. WIFI internet is included. The kitchen is very beautiful with a dining room that leads to the spacious living room. There is a Master Bedroom with Master Bath and a king size bed. Two more bedrooms with queen size beds that share 1.5 bathrooms. This home has plenty of space for guest to sprawl out and have their own space to relax. This property gets even better with a fully covered and screened in back porch with seating to enjoy the late nights without mosquitos or a beautiful morning with your coffee. Right at the end of the screened in porch is a covered porch with a swing to sit and enjoy some shade while both views enjoy the beautiful back yard with a firepit, propane BBQ grill, sandbox and playground set for the kids. This property is absolutely beautiful with lots of features. With so many things to do here in St Helen such as Lake St Helen, Orv Trails, or one of the may events each year such as 4th of July fireworks, Bluegill festival, Orv Events/runs and the Gambler 500. There are ample things to enjoy while you are staying here.
After booking you will be sent a code for the door locks on your day of check in. The code will get you in all 4 doors for the home and garage. Now this home does have a garage that would be perfect for anyone looking to keep their SxS, ATV/Dirt bikes in at night. You are welcome to use the garage for any Orv that fits inside..
If you are looking for a very clean and spacious home for your vacation look no further. There will be one locked utility room door that we keep locked. We were arriving on Christmas to visit my father in law, who lives nearby. When our original stay was cancelled by the host 2 days before Christmas, we were freaking out...but this place was great so I suppose things happen for a reason. So spacious! 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms? We'll definitely stay here again.

We were looking somewhere to stay while visiting Higgins and Houghton lake and this was the perfect location for both. Nicely updated home and we were able to walk to a couple place for food. Adam was awesome and even made helpful suggestions for our trips to the lake! Will definitely be back!

There were 5 of us staying, we were in town for a wedding. The place was nice and very clean. Saturday morning we went down to Sams diner for breakfast. It was very good. If ever needed again, I hope we could get the same home.

In town for a wedding

Stayed with two other couples for a wedding. It’s a great location, only a ten minute drive to the wedding venue. Came in Friday night and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and the house. We had breakfast at the diner at the end of the road both Saturday and Sunday. We will look into staying again this winter for snowmobiling! Thank you!

The place was beautiful and immaculately clean. It was in a great location to the ORV trails. The amenities were top notch. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back again in the future. An adorable basket of s’mores making kit welcomed us when we arrived and definitely were put to good use at our nightly bonfires. The host was very quick in responding whenever I had a question. Thanks so much for everything and can’t wait to come back soon.

What an outstanding home. Very clean, spacious and just an all around nice house. The host had all supplies available with extras included. Even a basket of snacks available. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

The house was amazing. Very clean and newly renovated. The back yard is huge. We enjoyed a fall bonfire at night. Plenty of room to park or trailers with our side by sides in them. Host was awesome to work with and quickly responded when ever I had a question. We will be making a return trip!
