Beautiful flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. It is prepared to receive up to 4 guests. Located in Marbella, it is distributed as follows:
>Living rooms: the flat has two living rooms fully equipped for your relax moments. A place of rest with a large and comfortable sofa and another seat to share moments, surrounded by a beautiful and warm decoration. The next living room is very well lit as it has access to the terrace. Here you have a double sofa, Smart TV and a glass table with 4 chairs to share delicious meals.
>Kitchen: next to the living room there is an open kitchen, fully equipped and ready to prepare splendid meals. It has a fridge, capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, extractor fan and complete crockery. It is connected to the dining room by a beautiful bar with three high chairs.
>Bedrooms: it has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, on both sides has bedside tables with lamps, storage space, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom and direct exit to the terrace of the flat. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, storage space and access to the terrace as well.
> Bathrooms: the flat has two bathrooms and a toilet. The ensuite bathroom has two wash basins, large mirror, WC and shower. The second bathroom has a washbasin, large mirror, WC and shower. The toilet area has a washbasin, mirror and WC.
>Terrace: you will have access to a large and beautiful terrace with great views. Here you will find a table with six chairs to enjoy meals outdoors, armchairs for a relaxing moment and 3 sun loungers to enjoy the view.
> Parking: Underground parking (dimensions: 2,50 mts height, 5mts length, 1,50 width).

A security deposit of €800 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional €40 is charged until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*The pool is only open a few months a year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
