Se incluyen servicio de Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y televisión por cable.

Los huéspedes pueden acceder a todas las áreas del condominio.

Lavandería: las lavadoras y secadoras que funcionan con monedas se encuentran fuera del corredor del segundo piso para uso de los huéspedes (se cambiará a máquinas operadas con tarjeta de crédito a fines de 2017).

Loved Staying At This Cool Place On Rosemary Beach

We loved staying at this very clean and super conveniently located to everything condo. The Village is walking distance from everything and steps away from restaurants, shopping, breweries, and live music. You will not be disappointed by the location or the accommodations. A+

My only beef is I think owners should provide more instant communication other than email. We always did when we were owners. Also you should not require guests to wash their dishes if there is no dishwasher. We cleaned them very well but there is no guarantee your guests will do a good job washing their dishes.

Great Location! Great Stay!

I brought my wife here for her 50th Birthday. We enjoyed the stay. The studio apartment was clean and well decorated. The location was amazing. We loved having shops, food, coffee, and sweet stores withing walking distance. The live music in the evening was nice. We weren't used to walking to the beach, as we usually stay right on the beach, but the walk was nice. I would definitely would consider returning to this area and possibly this complex in the future. Two cons of the property: 1. The upstairs neighbors were quite noisy all weekend. We may have been under a childs room in the larger condo above us. Lots of jumping around at all hours. (Hopefully not the owners) 2. There was a musty smell throughout the corridor where the room was located (B Corridor). It seemed as though there may have been some water damage somewhere that caused a lingering smell, which included our room. Overall, this is a great place. Easy access, great amenities, wifi worked, streaming services on TV, all great! Would reccomend.

Great Vacation Spot

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to Rosemary. The room was clean. loved the addition of the dehumidifier. private and public beach within walking distance. lots of little shops and restaurants near by. Check in was very easy. Overall, would highly recommend to friends and family.

My Stay

This rental was very nicely decorated and was amply supplied. However, it was basically a hotel room with a kitchenette area, but had no oven, toaster oven or dishwasher. Also, the refrigerator had no ice maker. There was no view - the only window looked out to a breezeway and wall. It was centrally located in a good area with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. For a quick, weekend stay for one person or a couple who does not plan on staying in the room much, this is a good choice. However, I would not recommend it for more than a couple of days, especially for the price. I did have a few issues at check-in. First, the unit was hard to find by the directions. The building signs and room signage are poor. Secondly, I arrived at 11:00 PM and the key lock code given would not work, even after trying several times. A bit frustrating. I texted and called the owner multiple times, tried to leave voicemail messages, but his mailbox was full. He finally texted me back about 45 minutes later and re-set the door and gave me a new code. Another issue was the wi-fi network name was listed incorrectly in the description area of the site. Needs to be updated.

Nice cozy studio in a great location

Great for a short getaway for 2 to the beach. Great location in the center of all of the 30A action and a short walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to questions at check in. The directions to the unit after arrival on property need to be updated. Would stay here again.

Park the car once and you're set for the weekend!

After a bit of sorting things out, we got settled in no problem. The facility is nice and you can really get to whatever you need without driving. There are shops and places to eat - there's a great pool and access to the beach. Good trip.

Great Location - Clean Property

The units in this building are in a great location and very economical compared to comparable properties in similar locations. You can walk to almost anything you need in minutes. There are several very nice dining experiences walking minutes away. Biking makes any Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys location easy.

Awesome Host/Place

David and his place provided one of the best VRBO experiences weve ever had. Super great on communication and helpfulness and a pleasure to deal with. Place is extremely clean, has great/comfortable king bed, monster 4k tv with Samsung smart interface for easy app login/integration, a good sized dehumidifier (used entire time), nice stand up shower, fridge/microwave, and and awesome location for walking to all the hot spots. Thank you for all the hospitality David!

Nice room

More like a hotel room than a condo but room was nice and clean. Just right for staying in since you really only sleep there. Would stay again. If I had any questions or problems with codes my host got back with me ASAP. I hadno problems with the place at all.

Romantic Weekend ♥️

I have to say this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed here at this property as we have stayed at The Villages of South Walton several times. I was hesitant because I read some reviews prior but I have NO IDEA why the poor reviews on this place! Because it was clean Beautifully decorated with much attention to detail, the bed was soooo comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond and courteous! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This is now my FAVORITE place here♥️ Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful beach getaway!

Started bad….ended OK

We arrived to find the unit was being painted. Called the owner and received a return call within an hour. He admitted he made a mistake on our arrival date and to his credit, issued an immediate full refund. However, good luck finding an acceptable place to stay on Labor Day weekend. We ended up driving back home that evening and our vacation was ruined. Obviously I cannot comment on the specific unit as I never went in, but I will say that the common areas of the building were not up to standard. While this is not the owners fault, it is certainly something to be considered. Based on our experience we cannot recommend staying here.

I come to Seacrest several times a year and stay in the village each time...First the building this unit is in has ceiling tiles missing and water everywhere on the floor the halls small like mold and mildew! The unit itself has mold on the ceiling in the entry and mold on the shower ceiling!!! If you have a mold allergy beware!! The furniture is stained and not up to standards to be in the village!! Mold is dangerous and should be treated properly not painted over!!

When this renter contacted us and said she saw mold in the room, we asked to come in and she wouldn’t allow us to. What we are doing is closing the unit this week and we will treat any affected areas and the room will be just fine. The idea that this lady wouldn’t allow us in to treat a few mold spots she saw is absurd . We could have solved the issue for her in less than an hour. Regarding this review, just look at the other reviews for this unit and not hers. She is intentionally trying to damage my listing and it’s really unfair. Look at all the other reviews carefully and not this one. They are all 5 stars.

Our home is outfitted with a plush king bed, two wingback chairs flanking a game table and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and bar refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and well-lit oversized vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

• As a guest in The Village, you have access to the newly renovated onsite resort amenity complex featuring two pools, hot tub and fountain nestled amongst tropical landscaping, gas barbecue and lounge chairs. • Amenity Wristbands (found inside of the unit): Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pools at The Village across from Building G. • Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass High Pointe on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. • Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. • Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.
