This marvelous vacation rental is conveniently located between Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, within walking distance to both. The Village of South Walton also has many quaint boutiques and shops right downstairs, including 30A’s top Mexican restaurant La Cocina, featuring Tex-Mex cuisine with a coastal edge. One of the top activities for travelers on scenic 30A is biking on the winding roads from the community to community, through the coastal dune lakes, via beach cruiser.

Clean, well supplied, good location. VRBO does not do well answering questions via the chat feature. Didn’t try calling, so maybe that would have been effective.

Cozy studio was comfortable and adequate for our 3 night stay. Since this was our first time in Rosemary Beach and the 30a corridor, we were not prepared for the traffic, crowds and no reserved or designated parking space. What a nightmare! The room itself had very hot water available for showering, but one of the two TVs simply would not connect and work. Very limited kitchen space. Just a small sink, small fridge, toaster oven and microwave. But we weren’t planning any prepared meals here anyway.
