This spacious 1st floor apartment is situated in the popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The apartment which has beautiful views over the communal pool and garden area has 2 good sized bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and is bright and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. It has a smart tv and its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is just as bright with 2 twin beds and has a modern cosy feel. In between both bedrooms there is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
The kitchen has its own separate space that over looks the living and dining room.
It is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The open-plan living area is bright and comfortable it has a dining table and chairs, sofa, and a large smart TV with international channels including the UK. From this space large glass patio door open out onto a private terrace. This is the prefect place to sit and relax or have a family meal.
The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar. One of the unique features of this golf resort is the location, just 2km from the beaches of the Mar Menor where you can enjoy the beach, try one of the various water sports or eat out at a chiringuito on the promenade.
