Check-in is from 3 pm- onwards. We operate via self-check-in using lock boxes.

For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6pm-10pm, there will be a £40.00 call out charge. This fee will need to be in cash.

Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of £200.00. This fee will need to be in cash.
