Conveniently located in località Doneà, it's less than 20 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (1 km), or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria Ski Lifts. In the summer, many beautiful hikes can be enjoyed starting from the property.
