There is no kitchen. A small toaster over and a small standing fridge doesn't make a kitchen. Pretty disappointing since I had planned on cooking all of my food. Listing also showed there being laundry, which there isn't any. The room is just a closed off bedroom of the house with the "door" to the bathroom being the sliding closet door. It's fine if all you want is to sleep and have a place to shower.

Yes it shows everything in the pictures I have posted. It's a 1 room with full bath for only $98 a night. Most places rent for $250 a night with full kitchen.

Private quiet getaway in sedona

We loved our stay with Devera in Sedona! The place was the perfect cozy private spot for a couple doing hikes most of the day and enjoying the hot tub at night. Thank you so much!

Clean property and super quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for. The spa was hot, clean and private. The room was small but that didn't matter because we were spending most of our time outdoors. The only downside was i thought there was a kitchen but there was not. You do have a toaster oven and fridge though. The bed and TV could use updating but it was perfect for us and for that price. We would stay again.

Some suggestions: microwave better than toaster, location TV in front of the bed, not by the side of the bed; it is hard to sit on bed to watch TV, it is 2 people staying, it is good, provide an extra folded chair instead of just 1 chair, 1 more wine glass instead of 1, update password correctly, the park location is not a dog park, it's a park

Microwaves posion foods, so i dont support them. They have been band in many places in Europe because of that. Theres extra chairs on the patio. Everything else has been updated. Blessings Devara

Perfect for us

Lovely & comfy. The garden patio was private and quiet. We enjoyed a nightly dip in the hot tub and morning coffee listening to the birds. We were very comfortable and it met all of our needs. Great location! Close to stores and restaurants.

The host was inattentive to my request for a heater that didn’t work. I called, texted, and vrbo message at 430p 10-16 when I arrived about the heater not working and again at 1030p. It was to be 50 degrees in there the next morning. I complained to VRBO and they got me out of there and canceled the reservation. The host called me at 7am the next mroning 10-17-25telling me she got the heater to work by changing outlets. Too late!

June weekend trip
