The very elegant apartment is ideal and convenient for tourist and business stays and if you need garage you can find one for a fee 1148,29ft away.

The location is excellent. In fact, it is a perfect base for exploring the city: Piazza del Popolo and Piazzale Flaminio (Metro A) are within easy walking distance (2.0 km) or just 3 stops by tram/bus #2. From here you can easily reach all the most important places in the city, such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Pantheon. Practically close to everything but, away from the chaos!

Under the house there is also the bus stop n.910 that takes you directly to Termini station.

All late arrivals after 10:00 p.m. must be arranged and will be subject to a €30 surcharge to be collected at check-in.

Guests can recharge their electric vehicles. There are two charging stations outside the property.

The City of Rome requires a tourist tax of €6 per person per day except for children under 10 years old, which will be collected at check-in.

ID will also be required for reporting to Italian security authorities.
